01/06/2026: We made a reservation several days in advance for Mother's Day Sunday at 1 p.m. We arrived on time, but unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. After waiting several minutes before being seated, we were shown to a very hot room. The most problematic aspect, however, was the wait: over an hour and a half before our order was taken and we were served an aperitif. During this time, many tables that arrived after us were already eating while we hadn't received anything. It was only after asking for an explanation that we were informed our order had been lost. Mistakes can happen, especially during busy periods, but we would have appreciated being informed earlier rather than discovering it ourselves after such a long wait. The meal was decent, but unfortunately, this did not make up for the poor service that day. No compensation was offered despite the circumstances. It's particularly disappointing for a Mother's Day meal that we were hoping to enjoy as a family in a pleasant atmosphere. I'm very disappointed with this experience, especially since it's not the first time we've encountered service problems at this establishment.

04/07/2026: How to put it... We wanted to try this restaurant, so we had reserved tables for two when we arrived. The side tables were already taken, leaving only the middle ones. Since I hate being in the middle of a restaurant, I asked if we could sit on the side, at an empty table. The attendant told me it wasn't possible because it hadn't been cleaned. We sat in the middle, and other people sitting opposite me changed tables. She had time to clear a table for four to seat three people (first mistake). I looked at the menu and chose an Italian salad. When she served me, I pointed out that the salad description didn't mention Parma ham. She replied that it did (second mistake), and I was right—no ham. She changed my plate, and for my main course, I chose a ballotine, which wasn't actually a ballotine. I don't eat bacon, and there was some wrapped around the ballotine. She explained that... I don't eat bacon. I was given a very small piece of chicken breast. For me, a ballotine is chicken breast with a stuffing inside, cooked in broth and then pan-fried or baked (third mistake). She should have consulted me and told me about the bacon. I would have chosen a different dish. The mushroom sauce was very good, the mini grilled peppers were nothing special, but the potatoes were nothing special. I was disappointed with my dish and won't be going back. We asked for the bill, but the credit card terminal wasn't very clean. I think it must have been the cook who came to check on some acquaintances at the table with his dish towel in hand, wiping a pan. The waitress was smiling.

30/06/2026: Excellent service, and the starters and main courses are consistently delicious. Go eat there without hesitation.
