19/07/2026: A very pleasant aperitif; the caipirinha was extraordinary.
Exploring the different appetizers and identifying them was a delightful experience. The food and wine pairings were very subtle. A slight disappointment with the morels that accompanied the chicken. But this hardly mattered, as the overall atmosphere was excellent. We'll be back.

The setting is breathtaking.
And what can I say about the meal… excellent… absolutely divine!
One of the best restaurants in Languedoc. A must-try!
