A very pleasant aperitif; the caipirinha was extraordinary. Exploring the different appetizers and identifying them was a delightful experience. The food and wine pairings were very subtle. A slight disappointment with the morels that accompanied the chicken. But this hardly mattered, as the overall atmosphere was excellent. We'll be back.

Gaby and Rachel gave us a warm welcome. At first, I thought we were privileged, but the truth is they give the same attention to everyone who walks through the door. As they like to remind us, in Brazil, it's normal; you're received with love, and their goal is for you to feel right at home. Mission accomplished! But don't be fooled, this isn't your Grandpa Jean's living room. Everything around you is elegant (the lighting, the wooden tables, the curtains, the rugs), the view is breathtaking (overlooking the Olivettes Dam with a stunning sunset), and it's certainly not Aunt Yvonne's cooking. No, this is a culinary journey, an invitation to let your senses guide you—sight, taste, and smell. Several bites, each more surprising than the last, yet all exquisitely delicate, featuring local and seasonal produce, of course, but above all, produce from their own garden and a vast knowledge of how to reuse plants found around us. As for the wines, a global selection, free-spirited and committed, yet remarkably well-chosen. Thank you for this magical moment. I can't wait to return!

The team is passionate about food, wine 🍷 (many thanks for the personal recommendations for interesting wines which were unique and crazy good) and service. Our son booked this restaurant and at first we were nervous about driving back after dinner to our village , 40 minutes away in the dark. But once we arrived, we were blown away by the warm welcome and the scenary. We started with an aperitif on the terrasse, soaking up the early evening sun. The meal was impeccably and passionately executed with ultra fresh ingredients fresh from Gaby's potager. The wine list was very extensive and extremely interesting but Gaby made it very friendly and unintimidating. Service was very thoughtful and attentive without being intrusive. Aponem is truly a very special restaurant well worth a detour. We can't wait to go back.

Second time, and just as much fun, with the feeling that the evening was organized just for us! Well done, and see you very soon!
