24/05/2026: Lots of different seafood, lovely place both outside and inside.
15/05/2026: The SPRAT sardines served as an appetizer are imported. A shame, considering the other local products the restaurant highlights. We were served a small portion of far breton (a Breton flan) for two slices, which included two prunes each. The oysters were excellent, no complaints.

18/05/2026: Very nice people spoiled us with such good food that we will remember it for a long time. Superb service, very friendly and uncomplicated. This cook can really cook. So happy we found this place. Thank you!
14/05/2026: This review concerns only the restaurant "L'Éveil des Sens".
Friendly welcome, beautifully set tables. This is a gourmet restaurant. The chef is incredibly attentive, always busy in every aspect of the kitchen. Reasonable prices, and set menus are also available. I opted for the sea bass fillet in a chorizo crust. It was excellent. The dessert was a real treat. One of the best restaurants in Vivier-sur-Mer.

12/05/2026: I came in here for a bowl of water to locate the leak due to a flat bicycle tire. Even though it was well past closing time for lunch, I was allowed to wait in the restaurant and order a delicious ice cream. My husband was also able to enjoy a drink after the tire was patched. They made no effort at all to stay open longer for us, and the ice cream was delicious with the extra cookies. If we are ever in the area again, we would love to come back for dinner. Many thanks for the hospitality!
09/05/2026: We spent an evening and a night at this hotel with a couple of friends.
A quality hotel.
The welcome was excellent.
The evening meal was superb, served in a beautiful room with panoramic views of the bay. Breakfast was very good.
The rooms were very clean, spacious, and had comfortable beds.
We had a view of the bay with Mont Saint-Michel in the distance. Kudos to the very pleasant staff and the owners for this lovely establishment.

17/11/2025: We've been coming to this pizzeria for several years now, and we've always appreciated the quality of the pizzas. However, we've noticed a decline over the past few months. It used to be packed, but now, even on weekends, the place is empty. The menu has shrunk considerably, whereas it used to offer a wide selection that satisfied everyone. There aren't even any waiters anymore. We don't know what's going on, but it makes us feel really uneasy as customers. It's truly sad, because we still love the pizzas. That's our feeling, it's a shame.
19/10/2025: Please update the opening hours. We arrived at the restaurant on Sunday evening at 7:30 p.m. (it said it was open online), and it was closed. It was a real pain to find a restaurant open near Le Vivier sur Mer on a Sunday evening.

Ausstattung einfach aber effizient. Service sehr nett und bemüht .
Wer zu dem Moules noch ein paar drittes möchte kann sich an Nachbarstand welche holen und hier konsumieren.
Ich hatte die Degustation Austern,
dürften für meine Begriffe etwas kühler kommen, aber ok .
Die Ausstattung mit dem Holzbesteck ist dem „Imbisscharakter“ nach ok, aber schwierig die Austern auszulösen mit der Holzgabel.
Die Muscheln kommen ohne Sud,
Sehr geschmacksintensiv , und gut .
Wein ok, und das ganze natürlich ziemlich günstig
23/08/2024: Tapeo a la bretona con mejillones, ostras, patés de pescado y precios asequibles. Las ostras son de producción local, ves sus bateas enfrente del local. Valoración calidad/precio muy aconsejable
