22/09/2024: Excellent experience at Le Madras restaurant! I had the opportunity to taste a delicious chicken tikka masala, perfectly spicy and tender. The flavors were authentic, and every bite was a real pleasure. The service was also impeccable, with a warm and attentive team. If you are looking for a true immersion in Indian cuisine, I highly recommend this restaurant. I will come back without hesitation!
22/09/2024: THE BEST Lamb Mekhani I ever had on the planet. Also the naan Naya with cheese and garlic is amazing… don’t miss it.

The choice is very important, vegetarian or meaty, it is easy to find what you are looking for.
23/08/2024: J'y viens régulièrement chaque fois que je vais voir ma fille sur Strasbourg.
La cuisine est faite maison, l'ambiance est très joyeuse, le patron vient blaguer avec ses clients, au niveau nourriture le choix est impressionnant, végétarien, viandar, tout le monde peut y trouver son bonheur.

10/12/2024: Highly recommend! Made sure to go there the second time when i was in strasbourg. Some of the best paneer I have had in Indian restaurants in France. Highly recommend paneer varanasi and naan with cheese and spices. Paneer butter masala was also good. These paneer dishes are only enough for one person so if you plan on sharing a dish and ordering naans individually, it doesnt quite work out the same. Except for the quantity, no complaints about the service or the food itself. The masala papad was quite good to have while waiting (it contained spicy pickle which can be good or bad depending on your taste). Good price for quality food. Oh, and super clean bathroom.

The chef was really nice and so was the waitress, I thank him for the ice cream after the spicy dish.

23/09/2024: Great discovery! This restaurant is ideally located near the city center and various parking lots. The dishes were very good, the service quick, and the staff pleasant. The only downside is that there are no spicier dishes on the menu (there are only dishes with mild spices). I still recommend it!

The price is absolutely right, we ate for two with an aperitif, starter and main course and more room for dessert 😅 we left the restaurant having eaten well!

at around 12:15 p.m. when I got on the bus I forgot my headphones on the bench at the beef rouge bus stop opposite the restaurant...
I first call the hair salon to ask them to go see if the helmet is still there and get it back...well no she can't. I then call the restaurant. unfortunately the manager at the end of the line is on delivery. ah he tells me that he is going to ask the restaurant for someone to go and see. 🥳🥳🥳 well yes, he did...and the waiter collected the headset while I was traveling back from Strasb to wolfi.

24/07/2025: Hello, I would like to share my order on Uber Eats, I usually go to this restaurant which is quite good and nice, but my order on Uber Eats left me speechless. I ordered 2 tasty crousty, the taste was too good but the quantity left me speechless. There was a lot of rice for very little chicken and sauce. For a tray at 15 euros, I find that scandalous. I will not return to this restaurant and I will not order on Uber Eats again.

21/08/2024: I’ve tried many Indian restaurants, but " Shahi Mahal Indian Restaurant Strasbourg" is hands down the best! The flavors are authentic, and the portions are generous. The lamb vindaloo was my favorite – spicy, tangy, and absolutely delicious. The interior is modern yet warm, making it a great place for a dinner date or a casual meal with friends. Highly recommended!
