The biggest challenge is finding the restaurant. It's a rather unappealing new building nestled among budget hotels and commercial properties. Inside, however, it's a lovely, cozy space. The kitchen offers attractive, imaginative menus, expertly prepared, such as classic duck liver terrine or lobster and langoustine salad, redfish in a curried mussel sauce, sweetbreads, and a Grand Marnier soufflé. Prices range from €41 to €70, depending on the selection.
Excellent value for money, including the wines.

I've been a fan of L'Arche de Meslay for a long time, where I eat regularly, but a few things bother me. The owner and his wife are charming, which isn't the case for their two employees who serve like robots. One of them is the sommelier but doesn't share anything about the wines, and the wine list doesn't live up to the quality of the food. Since the owners returned from their well-deserved vacation, the prices have gone up considerably while the quality of the food has decreased. I was disappointed by my last visit, especially since the value for money was previously one of the best in the area.

A midweek lunch (summer holidays).
The meal was excellent, with very high-quality ingredients whose origin was clearly stated during service. The service was top-notch, with professional staff who knew the menu and the ingredients (and their origin) of each dish.
The restaurant was full (a sign of quality, given the average age of the diners 🤣), so there was a noticeable background noise.
Parking is easy, but reservations are recommended.
Two aperitifs, two different set menus, a bottle of wine, a bottle of sparkling water, and two coffees for under €160. Given the quality of the meal and the service, I will definitely return.

An excellent evening of fine dining, a perfect welcome, and very professional and discreet staff. The dishes were explained perfectly, which was a real pleasure. We can't wait to come back and try the other dishes!

The vegetarian option was offered due to a lack of sufficient choices on the menu. This dish was disappointing: the vegetables were simply those served as a side to the main courses.
Overall, the quality of the food didn't seem to live up to our expectations of fine dining, lacking flavor and failing to justify the price.
The service during the meal was very good, but less attentive when the bill arrived at the end.
The restaurant is also very noisy, which made conversation difficult at the tables.
In short, a mixed experience.
