02/04/2024: Impeccable hotel restaurant. Tasteful decor. Welcoming and available staff. Wellness area and pleasant swimming pool. Close to the highway. I highly recommend.
31/03/2024: I stayed in this hotel because I went to the small town of Vizille. The hotel is amazing! Good location, safe and quiet. The room is clean and tidy, not big but has everything you need, the layout is reasonable, and the smell is fragrant. Mountain view rooms look at the snow-capped mountains surrounding them in the distance. The local beer at the bar is great! The restaurant menu looks very tempting, but unfortunately the restaurant only has breakfast on weekends. Definitely try it for dinner next time you have the chance. The parking lot is large and there are ample parking spaces. There is a charging station.

Wide choice of main course, starter and dessert.
But the taste is not there...
I wouldn't go back
As for the service, very good, the staff is very welcoming and very friendly.
03/03/2024: Getting worse and worse....it's been a while since I ate there. What a disaster. Not much good on the plate. A little choice but the cooking is not controlled, not to mention the flavors. And customers who help themselves with their hands. In short, I am very disappointed by this new visit.

Despite everything, there is a serious lack of staff to monitor all activities and parents cannot always see what is happening in some cases. Making parents pay does not seem justified to me given that we can consume indoors.
24/03/2024: We reserved the room above the restaurant, there were 25 adults and 5 children, I highly recommend! Top notch staff, friendly, attentive to needs.

02/04/2024: Very wide opening hours, open even on Sundays. Large parking lot. We find everything. Clean store. Few cashiers but automatic checkouts. Relay package. Price leading products. Like everywhere, some employees smile and others don't.
13/03/2024: 2 trays of 2 kg mussels on a dismal promotion, it smelled very, very bad, the mussels were all burst and very small, never seen before, they all went in the trash

28/03/2024: 40 minutes of waiting to finally get your dish. Salmon tartare without any taste. We paid extra for sauce to eat it. A ghost service. We will not return to this establishment
28/03/2024: Arrived at 12:35 p.m. for lunch with a friend, it took almost 15 minutes before we saw the waitress arrive to take our order
Around 1:15 p.m. finally our plates are placed in front of us
Salmon tartare, fried salad
Both of us are used to this dish, we take it with pleasure in the restaurants where we eat
Today we ordered both
Visually the dish is already quite poorly presented, no aromatic herbs for decoration
When I stick my fork in, the pieces of fish are so big that I have to re-cut it, not to mention the huge, whole capers mixed with the salmon.
As for the taste.....I am disappointed my tartare has no taste, no personality...luckily I ordered their famous charmelcia sauce I almost emptied the sauce boat on the tartare
I, who wanted to try this restaurant since it opened, am very very disappointed, not sure that I will return there.
The staff is almost non-existent the food takes a very long time to serve I will think twice before going back

03/04/2024: Disappointed, deplorable service and also an error on the order. burger which did not correspond to the one ordered.
02/04/2024: For over a year there have been more and more errors at the drive-thru. When it's the ice cream topping (caramel instead of chocolate it can work and again) but today they completely forgot a sandwich. Unfortunately I was in a hurry and didn't take the time to check. I try to call them but no one answers.
