05/04/2024: The service was good, I gave 4 stars because it took a long time to bring the food. The place is small and there are many tables, there is not enough to prepare the orders. Otherwise they were very friendly.
04/04/2024: I rarely come to Toulouse but every time “Le Sherpa” is clearly my favorite restaurant! The pancakes and pancakes are soft and tasty and a perfectly reasonable size for a complete meal! (The homemade béchamel is to die for) The banoffee for two was delicious too ☺️ (And the cider! 🤤👌🏼) The decoration of this place is also lovely and the staff and owner are adorable and cheerful which I love! Toulouse is really stylish and so are you! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ See you next time 😊

04/04/2024: We were fortunate to secure a table without a reservation. Our server was incredibly knowledgeable and provided us with excellent recommendations. For drinks, we savoured half a pitcher of red wine, which was simply divine - although regrettably, we didn't catch the name, it complemented the steak perfectly!
Our main courses were truly outstanding, and every mouthful was a delight. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals from start to finish.
To cap off the meal, we shared a dessert which was equally delightful!
I gave the service four stars as it was very busy with only two/three servers of the whole restaurant. Overall, a great dining experience!

For 14 euros you get a proper burger, fries and a beer, which is not much by the standards in les 2 alpes

05/04/2024: On a sunny day this is the perfect place to take a break from skiing. Sitting in launch chairs, good music & atmosphere. Fetching drinks and food takes forever though, and the choice of food is very limited to fries and burgers.

The manager and the server were so kind and generous... It's rare to see that!
