05/04/2024: The service was good, I gave 4 stars because it took a long time to bring the food. The place is small and there are many tables, there is not enough to prepare the orders. Otherwise they were very friendly.
04/04/2024: I rarely come to Toulouse but every time “Le Sherpa” is clearly my favorite restaurant! The pancakes and pancakes are soft and tasty and a perfectly reasonable size for a complete meal! (The homemade béchamel is to die for) The banoffee for two was delicious too ☺️ (And the cider! 🤤👌🏼) The decoration of this place is also lovely and the staff and owner are adorable and cheerful which I love! Toulouse is really stylish and so are you! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ See you next time 😊

The building is modern and new.
As for me, I went there for the spa. The management was very efficient, and the massage was very well done.
03/04/2024: A hotel with magnificent decoration. A friendly team that will make you feel like you're in a cocoon. Varied catering. Chairlift 20m away.

05/04/2024: On a sunny day this is the perfect place to take a break from skiing. Sitting in launch chairs, good music & atmosphere. Fetching drinks and food takes forever though, and the choice of food is very limited to fries and burgers.

04/04/2024: We were fortunate to secure a table without a reservation. Our server was incredibly knowledgeable and provided us with excellent recommendations. For drinks, we savoured half a pitcher of red wine, which was simply divine - although regrettably, we didn't catch the name, it complemented the steak perfectly!
Our main courses were truly outstanding, and every mouthful was a delight. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals from start to finish.
To cap off the meal, we shared a dessert which was equally delightful!
I gave the service four stars as it was very busy with only two/three servers of the whole restaurant. Overall, a great dining experience!

For 14 euros you get a proper burger, fries and a beer, which is not much by the standards in les 2 alpes

24/03/2024: Can't fault the location, right on the slopes next to main lift so great for getting up even when not much snow at the bottom. Rooms were a really good size, we had a bath which was a very pleasant surprise, only suggestion would be to keep heating a bit lower, in March it was absolutely boiling in our room (4th floor - kept the window open) and in the restaurant! Only other thing that could be better is options for non meat eaters. There was a fish of the day each night, but if purely vegetarian choices are fairly limited (although tasty - tartiflette and fondue but I couldn't eat those every night)! Breakfast was very good.
18/03/2024: I strongly advise against this place, if you want to have a bad time this is the ideal place!!!!! the DJ, the sound system, the bar, the bartenders, the waiter team really need to be seen again!!!! advice go elsewhere I am very disappointed with this place

10/03/2024: Hotel a little dated and in its original state. Access to the rooms is not very practical. No elevator.
The beds are not super comfortable and the rooms are dirty (especially the floor).
Few staff members speak French well. It's a bit "family", only young people and a dog haha.
The atmosphere is good and the prices are attractive for the resort.
30/01/2024: Avant 15h impossible de trouver quelqu'un pour laisser votre sac en bagagerie. Chambre pas prête à 17h (horaire normal :16h).
Rien à redire sur l'accueil et personnels arrangeants. Mais la chambre bien que correct, contraste avec une baignoire très salle (moisissure et crasse), comme si elle n'était jamais lavée(?),vraiment il faut revoir ça!!
Le petit déjeuner est correct mais très industriel!
Vraiment déçue car à plus de 100 euros, on s'attend à mieux et surtout à propre!
