19/01/2026: Nothing to say except that everything was perfect from the appetizer to the dessert. Superb restaurant and top-notch staff.
06/12/2025: I'm writing to revise the 5-star review I left three years ago. We were very disappointed with the dishes on the €40 set menu.
Starter: seafood salad. The mussels and shrimp were completely tasteless.
Main course: venison steak with porcini mushrooms. The meat was very tough and flavorless, to the point that we couldn't finish it.
Another dish: scallop tartlet. The presentation and flavors were nowhere near what you'd expect from a menu at this price: it was more like a large puff pastry swimming in sauce.
Our plates remained almost full, and the waitress, visibly embarrassed, even offered us containers to take home the leftovers.
Unfortunately, we won't be returning.

17/08/2024: This evening at L'Ambroisie restaurant was an excellent experience.
From the moment we arrived until we left, it was flawless!
Excellent service, divine and surprising flavors throughout this tasting of six surprise courses prepared by the chef and his team.
Even the wine, which I requested be local, was part of the surprise. It was certainly an investment, but a great pleasure to dine at a beautiful table where everything was perfectly coordinated and harmonious. The thoughtfulness extended to pairing the dishes with the main course.
I highly recommend this upscale restaurant.

11/08/2024: We found the restaurant using Google, it was on our way, we had to get off the highway a little. The restaurant itself and the concept, in my opinion, are simple in design, there was no wow effect. But the staff was very friendly! We only ordered main courses and dessert, but we were treated to appetizers from the chef and additional delicacies from the dessert. The cuisine was delicious, white fish fillet on a thin pastry and a very tasty mille-feuille!
1
