21/02/2026: Be sure to check your bill... The cashier "forgot" to give me the 50% discount on madeleines (after 7 pm), so he offered to sell me more. I refused; he refunded me in cash. Was this a case of high-pressure sales tactics? In any case, the atmosphere was tense for no good reason, which meant the customer didn't check what they were paying for.

13/02/2026: I was very pleased with my visit to Marie Blachère thanks to the exceptional welcome I received from one of your sales associates (a young man of mixed race). He was kind and professional from beginning to end, with a genuine and truly pleasant smile, which made the experience even more positive. 23/03/2026: Disappointed, prices are going up and quantities are decreasing... The Cokes taste like water, and even paying the new sugar tax, you get a sugar-free Coke 🤢 And for the fries with cheddar, they often don't have a fork or napkin when you get takeout... It's really disappointing compared to before...

09/03/2026: I arrived and they told me it was closed and I had to order from the drive-thru. So I went to the drive-thru, but no one was there. After 5 minutes, still no one, so I went to the counter and a woman came and told me they weren't taking orders anymore, they were closed. They made me wait up to 30 minutes on purpose just to avoid serving me. Incompetent staff... They were too lazy to even heat up two burgers 👏🏻👏🏻
