05/04/2026: Third time at La Pyramide with my parents, and still just as fantastic. I really appreciate how they reinvent themselves with each visit, without ever losing their high standards. The cuisine is precise, delicious, and the service is impeccable. We had a truly wonderful time. Even with its two Michelin stars, I think the restaurant deserves even more recognition.

02/04/2026: Unacceptable: Arrogance, Lies, and Contempt for the Customer As a guest of the hotel (3 rooms), I had an experience at La Pyramide that was unworthy of a Relais & Châteaux. Over €2,200 spent on dishonest and haughty service. Timeline of Events: In the Garden: We wanted to finish a personal bottle (Selosse Substance). The sommelier demanded a corkage fee for our bottle in the garden, clearly informing us that the only way to avoid this charge was to order a bottle. We specified that we would be drinking it in the restaurant during dinner. In the Restaurant (Bistro): We kept our word and ordered a first bottle. We then finished our second personal bottle (€130) and, to compensate, ordered a second bottle from the menu plus spirits (€755 total drinks). The Dispute: A corkage fee of €106 was charged. A second sommelier dared to claim that our purchases weren't "equivalent in price" to our Selosse. An arbitrary and insulting rule. The departure (lies): At checkout, the receptionist brought in a third sommelier. After admitting that, as hotel guests, our drinks in the garden were ultimately complimentary, he falsely accused us of bringing a third bottle, which is completely untrue. Outrageous attitude: The receptionist was appalling, implying that we didn't understand "French etiquette" and downplaying the incident because we were "at a bistro." In total, we endured 40 minutes of unpleasant discussions spread over two days. Despite a promise of a refund, a week later we still haven't received anything. Conclusion: An establishment that prefers to lie and "lecture" rather than own up to its mistakes. Petty management to be avoided at all costs. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Following the response from Management, which we have duly noted, we wish to clarify some important points. Contrary to what has been stated, your sommelier clearly indicated to us that the corkage fee would not apply if we ordered an equivalent number of bottles at the restaurant. We therefore ordered two bottles, in good faith, based on this information. Under these circumstances, it is incomprehensible and unacceptable that this charge was nevertheless added to the bill, without any prior notification or confirmation from us.

08/02/2026: A lovely little find in the heart of Vienna! A warm, family atmosphere, friendly and generous owners, delicious food, and I especially recommend the Satay fondue – a real treat! Thank you to the owners for their thoughtful touches throughout our meal, which made for a wonderful experience! We'll definitely be back!

13/11/2025: In February 2025, the spring rolls were excellent value for money. Returned to the restaurant today, November 13, 2025. The fried rice was still as good as ever, however, the spring rolls were no longer recognizable. Please go back to the old recipe.

31/05/2026: The hygiene was beyond appalling, both on the floor and on the tables (only 3 clean tables in the entire restaurant), even though there were only 4 customers. I should also mention the presence of insects in the fries.

27/05/2026: Only charged the electric car... The parking lot was dirty, didn't make me want to eat or have coffee... The charger wasn't charging very well, the speed was much too slow. Theoretically 300, but in reality 70 kW.

14/04/2026: A very bad experience last night. My partner ordered two pizzas at 7:30 pm and forgot one. He called back 10 minutes later at 7:40 pm, and was brushed off and refused service. Otherwise, we would have had to place a second order and wait another hour and a half (in 10 minutes, the wait for one extra pizza turned into an hour and a half). We have ordered from them several times and have been tolerant of the numerous delivery delays (sometimes up to 45 minutes to an hour), the completely cold pizzas, and the crushed boxes. But this tolerance is not reciprocated. It's clear that friendliness and service are not your strong points. Following your response, I am sorry to learn that several people were disappointed that evening, as we do not live in Ampuis. And the delivery driver hadn't left yet; we heard the person behind the young woman on the phone shouting. So please accept the feedback and don't reply with nonsense.

07/02/2026: AMANNN! What a magnificent store. I go there often and I always find something I love. The food is wonderfully delicious, the cuisine is high quality, and the place is exceptionally clean. The team is fantastic 😊 ASLANNN IBES BATCHO HAYASTAN 🇦🇲

13/12/2025: The vendor was unpleasant. This morning I wanted to buy some Lebanese bread, and up until then everything was fine. I said that would be all, and I only bought two. I'd done some shopping and was carrying a lot, and then this man tried to show me, in his own way (with his finger), the little slip of paper saying they didn't accept card payments under €5, without saying a word (okay, I hadn't noticed). Then he added two, and two makes four, as if I couldn't count. I replied, "I know, and thank you, by the way, I'll sleep a little wiser tonight." So I told him, "Fine, fine, I'll leave them with you." I had cash, but I didn't like his approach, I assure you, Joe? I can read and count; he could have simply said it nicely with a smile, without making those gestures.

02/03/2026: Excellent restaurant. We had a fantastic meal.

04/02/2026: Delivered pizza, a bit bland. Small portion of tiramisu to go as well. We'll see how it is in the restaurant!

23/04/2026: There's a huge difference between greed and quality… serving meat in a kebab shop that's been cut two hours in advance is unacceptable! Dry meat. And to top it all off, the waiter laughs in your face, telling you it's all the same! What a joke! One star because there's no zero!

11/04/2026: Excellent kebab, and the prices are reasonable. Don't listen to the haters; the quality isn't to everyone's taste. For me, the quality is simply incredible, and it's well located in Vienna (right next to Jazz à Vienne, very convenient). I highly recommend this kebab shop.
