The administrator’s manner of communication is unprofessional, at times condescending, and completely inconsistent with the level the club claims to represent. Instead of creating a welcoming and respectful atmosphere, the tone used creates discomfort and tension. For a club of this standing, the administrator is the face of the establishment. In this case, that face is unfortunately a reputational liability rather than an asset. This approach is a disgrace to a club with such ambitions. It is disappointing, as with competent and respectful administration, the club could leave a genuinely positive impression.
