14/06/2024: First time we have come since the change of ownership. Frankly disappointed. There were 6 of us, the last meal was forgotten so the person ate later. I had a forest burger, the meat ultra dry and overcooked. We are not asked for cooking as we would have liked it rare. The manager's response? He cooked it thoroughly because it's frozen. Then we didn't have enough fries to finish our meal, we asked for 2 cones and again we were forgotten. I'm not talking about other dishes like "the famous chicken escalope" which is no less than 3 poor pieces of meat which don't even have the weight of a whole and dry escalope, what's more. The menu has changed with a countless number of pizzas and the prices have also gone up. The place is still as friendly as ever. What saves is the young student in training and the experienced waitress because of their kindness. Frankly, if there is not more consideration for the customer, and not a cash cow, it will not last long. Help, where are the former owners?

13/06/2024: So how can I say..... I ordered the XL forest burger, it was very good except for the minced steak and fries. First of all, the minced steak as hard as a shoe (without exaggerating 👈😉) I only understood (after asking the waiter where the manager, I don't know anymore), in fact as it is frozen meat it tells me that they have to cook the meat as much as possible to avoid poisoning 🤔 ok but if the customer wants rare he will have to go back from what I understand, as far as fries are concerned avoid fries extra large overcooked.
