Fresh, quality products, good service, very pleasant staff, being gluten intolerant I was able to eat an excellent pizza by placing an order 24 hours in advance.

28/03/2024: We were recommended this restaurant to eat good sauerkraut in Colmar. Well not disappointed! On the contrary, a very nice surprise. Family restaurant, the mother in the kitchen, the son and the father serving, warm atmosphere. Very good and plentiful dishes. Very fair price. We recommend +++
23/03/2024: Quite disappointed with the restaurant. The tables are plastic, the tablecloths are paper, the paper menu is not complete and you have to look at all the slates scattered around the restaurant to find the 50% of dishes not on the menu. Price wise we have a natural tarte flambée for almost €13 which is excessively expensive compared to standard prices knowing that it remains a tarte flambée all the same. The service was quite unpleasant, we waited almost 30 minutes to get the bill. The boss was nice and made jokes but the waiter was much less cool. The dishes were good but the old-fashioned setting + price + service spoiled our customer experience.

I asked for a glass of wine of their recommendation, and they brought a Pinot noir that it seemed to be open for way too long, since it was a bit acid. My wife ordered a lemonade but a sprite came, maybe it was a translation error, but I’ve included a picture of the menu.
We ordered a tarte flambee (flammkuchen) and a ravioli with salmon sauce. The tarte was a bit dry and the ravioli was ok. The service was a bit slow, there were not a lot of people in the restaurant and the food took some time to arrive.
24/03/2024: The food is not homemade!! A pizza that doesn't look like a pizza, industrial dough and probably frozen ingredients. You can't even see the ingredients on the pizza. The appetizers don't have the usual taste. Restaurant attracts tourists!

I really like pizza and this one is really good. Good tomato sauce, nice fluffy dough, delicious crust. And it doesn't become rubbery even at lower temperatures. Only the salami wasn't quite ideal. Good taste, slightly spicy but very firm and fatty. Still, all in all very tasty.
The lasagne was very good, lots of sauce, not dry. But also a lot of cheese. Munster cheese was probably also used, as it sometimes had a slightly bitter cheese flavor. As the "I only eat cheese when it's gratinated" type, I still liked it very much. Other non-cheese foods might find it too much cheese flavor.
Only the ambience could be better, but whatever. The food was tasty.

28/03/2024: This restaurant is an institution for me. Where the Boss prepares delicious pizzas and the rest of the kitchen is just as delicious.
17/03/2024: Very good restaurant. We are well received, service with pleasant waiters. Personally I have eaten pizza several times at their place and I can't find better anywhere else. Real pizza like in Italy 🇮🇹.
