17/01/2026: The pizzas are expensive, and the taste is nonexistent... but the service and atmosphere are appalling. The "pizzaiolo" has a haughty and arrogant air about him; he's so irritating, he can ruin your evening. Just keep walking; there are plenty of pizzerias in Cruseille. This man is incredibly insulting; I hope I don't run into him outside...

17/01/2026: I had called ahead to reserve a table for two adults and a baby. The owner confirmed on the phone that it was possible and assured me that a high chair would be provided. Upon arriving at the restaurant, I felt like I had been the victim of a deplorable case of racial profiling: on the phone, the person didn't know who I was, but once I was there, the attitude completely changed. I waited almost five minutes before I was finally given any attention. When I asked if we could be seated and if the high chair for my baby was ready, he replied in a curt and dismissive tone: "No," without any explanation. He didn't seem at all bothered by speaking to me like that, especially since he continued his conversation with other people nearby, as if nothing had happened. We drove for 40 minutes to get there, and we left shocked and humiliated. No apologies, no professionalism. The owner, a blond man, showed no respect or consideration. A shameful experience I wouldn't wish on anyone.
