27/06/2026: The pizzas are good, which is the only reason I'm not giving it one star. However, the service is unacceptable. I placed my order at 8:00 PM with a promised delivery time of 50 minutes. By 9:54 PM, I still hadn't received anything. After waiting for almost two hours, I refused delivery. No meal justifies such a delay, especially without clear communication or adherence to the promised delivery time. If you know you can't meet the deadlines, state a realistic wait time or inform your customers. It's a shame, because the quality of the pizzas is marred by such poor organization.

13/05/2026: Bad experience. Medium pizzas placed in small boxes unsuitable for pizza, meaning the pizzas were compressed inside. No flavor, no taste. I do not recommend it at all. I regret it.

22/06/2026: A huge thank you to the whole team who answer the phone so quickly and easily remove an ingredient or two, which sometimes glitches on the app. P.S. to the head office: we haven't been able to order for the Rue Merseburg location in Châtillon for years, so we're forced to use Deliveroo or Uber Eats... Too bad for the profit margins 😅

15/06/2026: Honestly, I'm very satisfied. The staff were great and the pizzas were excellent, nothing to complain about. I highly recommend them.
