The menu offers a good balance between hot and cold dishes, with several set menus at very reasonable prices. The portions are generous and the service is quick, which is much appreciated. This is a real strength, as it gives an impression of freshness and vibrant cuisine. Chef Antonio is excellent, and his expertise is clearly evident on the plate. His cuisine is generous, refined, and authentic, while remaining very pleasant and approachable. The atmosphere is warm, the service is welcoming and professional, and everything makes you want to return. For me, Le Physalis is a wonderful place that I wholeheartedly recommend for an excellent homemade meal.
