19/07/2026: I ordered a Parma buffalo mozzarella pizza and was very disappointed with my experience.
The mozzarella di bufala was dry and only half full.
Furthermore, the waitress was unable to deduct the amount from my loyalty points balance on my bill. She told me that Del Arte had changed its loyalty program, but I find it regrettable that the benefits I was entitled to couldn't be applied.

13/08/2026: Hello, I gave one star because I felt I had to to share this review. It's the first time in my life I've ever been in such a disgusting place 🤮🤮. The kitchen walls and ceiling are brown. Having made a mistake with Google Maps, I went around to the back of this pizzeria and saw a man smoking a joint. Thinking he was there to clean, well, no, he was shaping a pizza 🍕 and of course, without washing his hands... Most of the customers were getting takeout, which makes sense now given the state of the dining area, which is basically a garbage dump... Of course, I didn't eat anything, claiming I was on an urgent call. I value my life, and especially the lives of my children...
