03/11/2025: Restaurant in the heart of old Bourg d'Oisans. Beautiful, bright dining room, heated in winter. Excellent menu of burgers and pizzas. Generous salads and meat dishes served on a platter. Delicious, hot, and very filling.
Main courses are around €15. Wines of the day. Very friendly service. A great place to eat with friends or family.

28/07/2026: One Tuesday in July, a few days after the Tour de France passed through twice, half the restaurants in Bourg were closed or no longer taking customers... The team at Rive Gauche continued to serve the many customers still waiting once the rush had passed. So we were able to eat (very well) after a day of sports. The pizzas were excellent and the terrace pleasant. A big shout-out to the staff and the chef who must have worked incredibly long hours!
28/07/2026: Was a bit skeptical due to some bad reviews, but also many good reviews. We ate pizzas and I can confirm it was excellent! Pizza came quickly and was hot. Taste great, great crust, sauce great. Service excellent. We sat outside by the river. Can recommend!
