03/08/2026: The waitresses were welcoming, kind, and efficient 😊. It's so nice to be served with such care! The dishes are homemade, and the daily special was innovative! And the best part: the atmosphere is really pleasant. So, I'll just say one thing: GO FOR IT!

13/07/2026: We were in Le Freney for two days and were looking for a nice, family-friendly restaurant where we could eat something fresh on a summer evening… on a Monday night, no less! "Côté Terrasse" ticked all the boxes! There was something for everyone: the children ate excellent burgers (thank you for agreeing to remove the bacon! The owner offered to add onion confit instead… a really nice touch). For the adults, there were delicious platters available… grilled hallumi, zucchini blossom fritters, focaccia, salad, homemade tzatziki… all presented beautifully on a slate! The manager is absolutely lovely and very welcoming. The place is charming, and we even saw two chamois on the hillside: the icing on the cake! 🍰 Thank you and all the best! Elodie and her family

05/09/2026: A quick coffee stop after 🚴🏻 Alpe d'Huez. Café au lait + croissant Both delicious and reasonably priced!

04/08/2026: Had a Coke and an ice cream. It was very quiet; I was definitely there at the wrong time.

13/09/2026: A quick stop on the way home. Fast service. Delicious pizza. Very welcoming. We'll definitely stop by again next time.

11/09/2026: Pizza really good. From the wood-fired oven. We sat inside because of the mosquitoes, but by the water is definitely much nicer. Other than that, no negative criticism.

13/10/2026: We found this restaurant at the last minute... but we weren't disappointed because: - a warm welcome - attentive service: they asked us several times if everything was alright... - excellent food and fast service - great atmosphere: we could even hear the chef singing!!! We will gladly return and highly recommend it...

28/01/2026: A great place for a sweet treat or a snack. Clean window display and beautiful loaves of bread on the shelves. Very friendly service. A local shop offering good quality products (not to mention the jam and honey for sale, which certainly seem to be locally sourced). Best of luck to the whole team!

19/09/2026: They took us to the kitchen practically as it was closing time. We ordered the kids' menu with tagliatelle Bolognese, carpaccio, tartiflette, and goat's cheese salad. All the plates came out spotless. Really good. Special thanks to the waiter who seated us despite the late hour. Highly recommended
