My daughter and my partner were sick after our meal. My daughter, while still at the restaurant, started complaining of stomach aches and headaches. My partner felt unwell later that afternoon, while my daughter battled a high fever. The common denominator of their meal: strawberry syrup—or grenadine, I can't remember. I informed the restaurant via private message and requested a goodwill gesture in the form of a full or partial refund. The response was this emoji = 😂. I can understand the refusal of a refund. But the response of disdain and a lack of accountability is infuriating, sad, and dangerous because it shows no self-reflection.

21/07/2026: A lovely little restaurant, quiet and located on a pedestrian street near the castle. Everything was delicious (squid and squid ink pasta, porcini mushroom pasta, salmon and langoustine pasta, pasta Bolognese, tiramisu, and ice cream). The service was impeccable and the waiters were charming. Even the owner came to greet us… Highly recommended!

09/07/2026: Very warm and friendly welcome from the staff. Best pizza I have ever had! Thin crust with first class ingredients of Parma ham, mushrooms, rocket and Parmesan shavings. No crust to leave like I usually do. Other half had a very good steak with frites.

Speed and quality are the hallmarks of this pizzeria; the crust is thin and the toppings generous. Just order, and 15 minutes later, your pizza is ready and handed to you with a smile!

05/05/2026: Chaud Time is a truly special place in Nantes. The staff is very professional and attentive. The pizzas are absolutely delicious, truly the art of pizza making. They're cooked in a wood-fired oven. What's more, they have the lowest prices I've seen in 10 years. To top it all off, the drinks were on the house. Go for it without hesitation! 🙏

A truly family-run restaurant where we received a very warm welcome. The service was impeccable and always with a smile.
The dishes were delicious, generous, and prepared with care; we felt right at home!

16/11/2025: If there's one restaurant where I love to eat pasta, it's this one!! I've never been disappointed, whether I order takeout or eat in. The value for money is amazing! The portions are perfect, and the staff is lovely. You can even watch the chef prepare your dish. ;) I recommend it 100%!!! 😇

21/07/2026: Good pizza. Relatively quick service in July at lunchtime.
16/07/2026: First of all, I want to emphasize that the "cacio e pepe" and "pomodoro" pasta dishes were delicious. However, the burrata was rather disappointing, being too firm and not creamy or runny enough.
As for the service, I have very mixed feelings. We arrived during peak hours (12:30-1:00 PM) on a weekday. Unfortunately, only one of the two self-service kiosks at the entrance was working. On top of that, there weren't enough pagers, so we had to wait standing up, anxiously awaiting our food. As a result, we waited about 30 minutes. This previous experience made it difficult to fully appreciate the meal, especially since some groups can be quite noisy.
We felt the staff was rather overwhelmed during this time slot, particularly because the cashier was also handling orders, drinks, appetizers, and desserts.
Despite the points I mentioned above, the quality of the food makes you want to come back, but ideally outside of peak hours.

06/09/2024: À fuir !!! accueil déplorable et produits rien d’extraordinaire
Arrivés à 13h30 à deux alors que 14 personnes présentes et 18places de libres . Serveur pas souriant ni aimable nous propose de manger dehors ( pluie et 15degres) car ils gardent les tables de 4ou6 au cas où !!!! étions fin de service/
Finalement table se libère ok
Je règle et lui suggère de prendre dans ces cas là un peu d’initiative car si étions partis ils perdaient deux plus deux personnes rentrés juste après nous . Réflexion désagréable du serveur qui perdait encore occasion de se taire . Décidément pas fait pour ce travail , lent et pas du tout impliqué dans ce qu’il faisait ( sûrement des intérimaires pour la fin de l’été en absence peut être des gérants)bref attention à qui vous laissez les clés de votre établissement si vous partez !!!
Ne conseille pas du tout et ne reviendrai plus dans cette chaîne !!!
21/08/2024: Jamais déçue par ce restaurant, l'équipe est vraiment très sympa et les pizzas ou les crostinis j'adore. J'y vais dès que possible.

13/08/2024: Restaurant Italien gastronomique situé dans une petite impasse (pas facile à trouver).
Le cadre est très jolie et atypique.
La cuisine est très bonne, avec une vrai proposition culinaire originale aux notes italiennes et ligériennes et des produits de qualité.
Le service est très pro et l’accueil chaleureux.
Le gros problème est la quantité très minimaliste. C’est la première fois que je mange des quantités aussi petites (par exemple l’entrée au silures de Loire, à vue de nez ne contient pas plus de 20g ou 30g de produit sauce comprise, c’est très faible). Le prix de son côté est plutôt XL. Pour un couple en prenant un verre de vin et un cocktail il faut compter minimum 120€ pour un soir, étant donné la quantité, malgré la qualité de la cuisine, ça se ne justifie pas (surtout pour quitter le restaurant la faim au ventre).
Le cocktail est bon mais trop sucré (Hugo Spritz).
Les vins sont très bons et le conseil des serveurs est bien ciblé.
Au final nous avons passé une bonne soirée et sommes content de notre découverte (ce qui explique les 4 étoiles que je mets) mais nous ne reviendrons pas à cause du prix et de la quantité.
01/08/2024: Nous sommes allés déjeuner.
Le plat principal, pâtes au pesto, était sans saveur et insuffisant.
Le dessert était correct.
Décevant et cher.
