13/09/2026: We came to the restaurant on a Friday evening and it was a very good experience, with a new menu that was much more appealing than our previous visit a year ago.
The meal was of very high quality and the staff very friendly. Remember to book in advance!
I highly recommend it!
08/09/2026: We had dinner at this establishment, and it was nothing special considering the prices; we expected more. Furthermore, there was a nauseating smell in the dining room which was really unpleasant. Otherwise, the staff were welcoming and helpful, thankfully, with a bill of around €500.
I wouldn't recommend it, but go if you want to form your own opinion.

The prices were more than reasonable considering the quality of the meal; it gives a good impression of the city, especially for a first visit. The street is also very charming.

It's a real shame, the cheese is very low quality, the edges are folded over... they're not proper "sidewalks." On the other hand, the topping is generous but of very poor quality. Unpleasant service, pizza not cut. Etc.
29/07/2026: The service is good, but the pizzas take a while to arrive.
The small pizzas are tiny, and the large ones are normal size (about the size of a plate). They should play some suitable music to create a better atmosphere.
Nothing else to add.

30/03/2026: The Scala restaurant in Pithiviers is an institution, part of the town's history, and has been there for over 38 years. The Scala, which has never once been a problem for me (people of Pithiviers), has wanted to sell for ages. The staff (the owner) are tired of the environment and the shop next door. They say it every day: "We can't take the shop or the people around the Scala anymore." Isn't it time for the Scala, after so many years, to retire?

There were no more seats available outside, and they found a solution in seconds.
Definitely a restaurant I'll gladly return to.
