24/05/2026: "Anything that comes out of the kitchen after 8:30 pm cannot be eaten on the premises"... So, if I order at 8:25 pm, I'm allowed to wait 15 minutes seated at a table, but I have to eat my burger on the sidewalk across the street. It's ridiculous and a terrible business practice.
15/05/2026: A very good experience at this restaurant. We were passing through the area with our two children. The welcome was warm, the food good, and the staff very pleasant. Excellent value for money. It's worth the detour! 😊

04/07/2026: I'm only giving it one star because I absolutely have to.
Let me explain: I booked a table for seven people at a specific time three weeks in advance, and surprise, surprise, on the day, my table was given to other people, and we ended up crammed into a table for six, practically freezing!
I asked to be moved, and the waiter told me that he always does it this way and that there was nothing he could do for us... Fantastic.
To redeem them somewhat, the various dishes were very good. It's just the waiter's lack of professionalism that left much to be desired.

17/01/2026: We ordered 5 pizzas to take away, and all 5 had very little topping…
* 3 Chicken & Pineapple pizzas (each with 5 small pieces of chicken and very little pineapple)
* 1 Quercy pizza with only 5 small pieces of duck breast and the Cabécou cheese was practically nonexistent, just spread on top!!
* 1 Special pizza also had very little ground beef. This isn't the first time we've ordered from them, and this time we're very disappointed!!
Next time we'll go somewhere else!!

14/04/2026: Tonight I ordered three pizzas: two with a cream base and all three without olives. When I called, I repeated my order at least three times to make sure I was understood. Anyway, one out of two had a cream base, and all three had olives. The crust was so thin and dry it was like cardboard. The toppings were tiny and, most importantly, not even within 5-8 cm of the edge—no way!
I'm disappointed because the team of young people who were there before made really, really good pizzas; now it leaves much to be desired!
31/03/2026: Very good, tasty and generous pizza with a very pleasant welcome. For me, it's the best pizza in the area, I highly recommend it! 👌

24/05/2026: A word of appreciation for the waitress's kindness; she was smiling and pleasant. Unfortunately, that's the only good thing about this restaurant. Otherwise, the place isn't clean, you can tell as soon as you walk in. We gave it a chance anyway, and the food reflected that... pizza straight from the supermarket, pasta with Bolognese sauce and tomato coulis... we didn't even dare order dessert! Very expensive for the quality.

31/12/2024: Great discovery, top service for this unpretentious pizzeria
refined and delicious dishes.
10/12/2024: La Strada now renamed L'arcane could be good, but wasn't.
We chose to eat there because they have a wood-fired oven, which is usually a basic guarantee of pizza quality, but our pizza bases were soft, doughy and under-cooked, so the topping soaked into the dough creating a sloppy mess that made pizza inedible. This was doubly unfortunate because they used good quality flour and good quality fresh ingredients that were spoiled by the badly cooked base.
As a bit of a pizza purist, I'd been hoping for nothing more elaborate than a basic well-made Napolitaine with black olives and anchovies. Unfotunately nothing so simple was available, so we had to opt for something more elaborate, whose topping, rather surprisingly was mixed with slightly warmlettuce and mache.
They really need to keep it simple and master the basics before attempting more fanciful variations on classic pizza. Our bill came to 45€ for two inedible pizzas and a half bottle pichet of pinot.
Finally, later in the evening had indigestion of the sort that I associate with eating bread from bakery chains that use rising agents rather than proper sourdough.

18/06/2024: Un accueil très agréable, des produits excellents, une vraie connaissance et des conseils œnologiques très appréciables.
En bref, un beau moment, partagé sur une très jolie place de Cahors, autour de pizzas authentiques d'exception.

24/08/2024: 3 pizzas commander un burger commander avec des frites le tout les pizzas même pas cuites le burger il faudrait vraiment penser à changer de métier ou se reconvertir dans un autre mode parce que là ça c'est pas une pizzeria
12/07/2024: Fermeture le soir à 20h30 pour une friterie sandwicherie pizza c'est quand même quelque chose c'est que le commerce doit franchement bien marché pour te permettre de fermer à cette heure-là dans une zone touristique une honte
