31/12/2024: Great discovery, top service for this unpretentious pizzeria refined and delicious dishes.

10/12/2024: La Strada now renamed L'arcane could be good, but wasn't. We chose to eat there because they have a wood-fired oven, which is usually a basic guarantee of pizza quality, but our pizza bases were soft, doughy and under-cooked, so the topping soaked into the dough creating a sloppy mess that made pizza inedible. This was doubly unfortunate because they used good quality flour and good quality fresh ingredients that were spoiled by the badly cooked base. As a bit of a pizza purist, I'd been hoping for nothing more elaborate than a basic well-made Napolitaine with black olives and anchovies. Unfotunately nothing so simple was available, so we had to opt for something more elaborate, whose topping, rather surprisingly was mixed with slightly warmlettuce and mache. They really need to keep it simple and master the basics before attempting more fanciful variations on classic pizza. Our bill came to 45€ for two inedible pizzas and a half bottle pichet of pinot. Finally, later in the evening had indigestion of the sort that I associate with eating bread from bakery chains that use rising agents rather than proper sourdough.

18/06/2024: Un accueil très agréable, des produits excellents, une vraie connaissance et des conseils œnologiques très appréciables. En bref, un beau moment, partagé sur une très jolie place de Cahors, autour de pizzas authentiques d'exception.

24/08/2024: 3 pizzas commander un burger commander avec des frites le tout les pizzas même pas cuites le burger il faudrait vraiment penser à changer de métier ou se reconvertir dans un autre mode parce que là ça c'est pas une pizzeria

12/07/2024: Fermeture le soir à 20h30 pour une friterie sandwicherie pizza c'est quand même quelque chose c'est que le commerce doit franchement bien marché pour te permettre de fermer à cette heure-là dans une zone touristique une honte
