06/08/2026: The welcome was perfect and the homemade cuisine was truly delicious. They offered excellent vegetarian dishes alongside meat and fish options. There was also a selection of wines and soft drinks. We enjoyed a perfect meal.

23/08/2026: Yesterday, we came to your restaurant, unfortunately an hour before closing time. The person preparing the pizzas and serving us behaved quite rudely. I've only been learning French for two or three months, and until now, I've mainly learned it in a non-French-speaking environment. This person even made fun of the way I said hello while we were sitting waiting for our order. I wouldn't have been offended at all if you had simply told us to come back the next day or that service was already over. But instead, we were subjected to this kind of behavior. However, despite having arrived from Hungary and having traveled for fifteen or sixteen hours in a single day, by train and plane, on the Hajdúszoboszló–Budapest–Basel–Strasbourg–Nancy–Bar-le-Duc route, and despite having consumed practically nothing but water and a sandwich during the entire journey, I still made the effort to come to your establishment and address you in French. Despite this, that is how my roommate and I were received and served.

27/09/2026: Hello, after ordering several times with the children by phone, we finally went to this lovely little restaurant, located in a charming square near the market halls in Bar-le-Duc. The dining room and the welcome from the owner are friendly and pleasant. 👌 The menu is varied, and the signature dishes and pizzas are all there. My favorite pizza, the calzone, is there, and I'm very picky, being a connoisseur. The service and explanations are clear, and the service time is more than reasonable. And what a surprise! It's exceptional and excellent. The thick, soft crust is cooked perfectly—a real treat. The other diners weren't disappointed either. 👌👍🍕🍸🍽 So, to continue, the quality of the food compels me to recommend this establishment. Congratulations to La Main à la Pâte and its success! 10/10/2026: Very small pizzas of mediocre quality. Canned mushrooms; it's hard to say what the other ingredients are because you can't tell by sight or taste. The cheese was disappointingly good, not at all stretchy as it should be, but hard and overcooked, like everything else. We should have checked the reviews before ordering. First and last time for us. Try your luck if you're so inclined; ours ended up in the bin 🙃. It's unacceptable for a restaurant to sell something like this, especially at those prices.

04/09/2026: Last night... 5 pizzas and 1 spaghetti carbonara to go!! Very good... foil in each pizza box and a decent portion of spaghetti!!! All piping hot...
