07/06/2026: What a disappointment! Over 10 minutes of waiting at reception without even a greeting, the buffet practically empty, and the waitress being unpleasant when we asked if it would be restocked!!! (I can understand that there aren't enough servers and they're overwhelmed, but the customer can't do anything about it!) And don't even get me started on the wait for our food! However, a big thank you to Valentin, a young waiter who made our meal go smoothly.
