01/03/2026: The quality and reputation of this restaurant are plummeting! The dishes look like they've been haphazardly served! Not even a single lettuce leaf (which was extra) or a minimal presentation. The servers are overwhelmed, and the quality and cleanliness suffer as a result. We had to ask for the cleaning to be done several times, and the bread never arrived! We've been customers for several years, but that's it for us! It's time the management took a hard look at themselves!

28/02/2026: We had a wonderful evening at Vélobre with our family of 25. The welcome was incredibly warm, the service impeccable, and the atmosphere lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! A huge thank you!
