13/08/2026: As a long-time customer, on Saturday, August 8th, I contacted La Boîte à Pizza, much to my regret, to find that they had taken the liberty of not answering the phone in order to fulfill their orders. Very disappointed, I went elsewhere. They have lost a long-time customer. For me, that's it for La Boîte à Pizza; I will go elsewhere.
28/06/2026: I was very disappointed yesterday with my pizza purchase; they were very sparsely topped compared to usual. Be careful if there's new staff; they need to be trained with the usual recipes!

23/08/2026: Delivered in under 30 minutes. The pizzas were hot, the cookie was a little overcooked but still good. The delivery driver was courteous.
14/08/2026: Another great experience! Order placed online and received as expected! A super friendly team that makes you want to come back, especially the young woman who was incredibly empathetic and helpful. It's so nice to feel valued. Well done! Keep up the good work! We'll be back very soon!
