20/07/2026: I am a regular customer and order from you frequently. Unfortunately, this is the second time my order has contained errors, which I find truly regrettable. This time, there was yet another mix-up with the panini I ordered. If several of your employees are making mistakes or if there's a misunderstanding regarding the names of certain paninis, it might be wise to rename them or make the menu clearer to avoid this kind of situation. As a loyal customer, it's disappointing to have to check or discover errors repeatedly.
