15/12/2024: Huge disappointment! Friday, December 13th (evening): From the moment we arrived, it was clear that a table for two without a reservation wasn't very profitable for the restaurant. Shortly after we were seated, a waiter came to take our order without even offering an aperitif. Our dishes arrived cold, and we had to wait several minutes for our glass of wine (a rather illogical approach). We then asked for our dishes to be reheated. They came back barely warmer... moreover, the ravioli were dried out from being microwaved, and the sauce was practically nonexistent. When it came time to order dessert, the waiter offered me a chocolate financier or a chocolate fondant in the "café douceur" (sweet coffee). Ultimately, a completely different dessert arrived and was immediately sent back to the kitchen to be changed (at my request). €65 for two people for a poor-quality meal, extremely amateurish and rushed service, the bill was exorbitant (much more than the cost of the food!). We'll be hesitant to return!

12/12/2024: Having been to this Del Arte location several times, unlike others, the service is appalling and unpleasant. We even get the impression that the quality of the products isn't the same. Avoid it.

28/09/2024: Very good restaurant I recommend, plus the waiter Vincent is very pleasant and smiling. I admire him I would come back for him ❤️

25/09/2024: A more than successful return to this restaurant, a true Le Havre institution. A couple in charge, welcoming, friendly, dynamic, authentic and deserving. The kitchen is perfect with made in Italy products. The decor is fresh and bright and gives an incredible facelift. May this restaurant become the headquarters for our work and relaxation meetings. Long live the Luciola 2.0....

14/09/2024: We expected a nice pizza, but unfortunately a 4stagioni wasn’t like it should be. Too hot burned pizzas while wet in the middle. Looks like the staff wasn’t well motivated. That’s why only 2 stars

27/08/2024: Endroit parfait pour une soirée tranquille, les mets sont délicieux nous y avons fêté nos 5 ans de mariage. Le personnel est très agréable et à votre disposition

08/05/2026: Excellent meal, delicious pizza. Outstanding service. Note: The young, dark-haired bartender, who seems new, is exceptionally welcoming. Furthermore, I would add that this young man possesses a level of human connection I have rarely experienced.

16/06/2024: Restaurant passable. Je suis restée sur ma faim. Je ne pense pas que c'était du fait maison... Ça avait l'air de plaire à des jeunes. Le serveur était quand même sympa mais l'expérience n'y était pas. Dommage.
