Your pizzas are absolutely delicious, surpassing anything I have tasted so far. Each bite was a true feast for the senses, proving your passion and dedication to the art of pizza. But what made our visit even more memorable was the incredibly warm welcome you gave us. Your hospitality is matched only by the quality of your pizzas, and this really contributed to creating a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. (very appreciable humor) So I wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the care you put into your work, and for making your pizzeria a place where you feel truly welcome. 28/03/2024: Being a regular at this pizzeria, I notice that the service and quality of the pizzas are deteriorating over time... Feedback from recurring experiences: - The staff seems in a hurry to finish the service because the pizzas are always undercooked (barely cooked dough and just melted cheese, see photo). - The pizzas are always ready in advance even though we are told the time with often more than an hour of waiting (if we don't call before 6:30 p.m.). - Each time I come, I am told a price higher than that of the card and several times the change was given incorrectly (no payment by credit card possible). - Also the prices of drinks have increased. It's a shame, we feel the staff are unmotivated and in a hurry to return without necessarily wanting to satisfy the customer with quality pizzas. I will definitely go back but less and less.
