21/10/2025: A restaurant that seems to have closed its doors... Too bad!!
05/10/2025: Eight of us came for a birthday party (reservation for ten people) and, honestly, we were extremely disappointed. Barely had we sat down when the waiter informed us that at 8 p.m., several dishes were already sold out: no mozzarella, stracciatella, lasagna, pizza extras, or even some desserts. Suffice it to say, a good portion of the menu was no longer available, even though the evening had only just begun. The waiter, for his part, never cracked a smile. He was cold, unpleasant, and clearly gave the impression that we were bothering him. To get bread and water, we had to go to him, and he simply handed them to my friend instead of bringing them to the table. No effort at service, no attention. As for the food, it was very average. The carbonara was literally swimming in pasta water and contained cream, even though the menu stated "no cream." The meat was served on its own, without any accompaniments. When my friend asked for fries, he simply replied, "No, there aren't any," and left without even offering an alternative. She had to call him back to clarify that she didn't want just a piece of meat on its own, and he ended up serving her plain pasta as an extra, without a word. We even had to ask for the Parmesan. The desserts took a while to arrive and were clearly not homemade. The tiramisu, although a classic, was very soaked but tasteless, almost watery, with an unpleasant texture. And the worst part: we hadn't even finished our desserts when the waiter arrived right in the middle of the meal to demand payment, without asking if we wanted to do so now. Payment was made directly on his personal phone, without an EFT, which didn't seem secure at all. When we asked for a paper receipt, he haughtily replied that "it was the same thing" and that "no one else had complained." A frankly unacceptable attitude. And finally, our doggy bags: forgotten, of course. I went to ask for them, and he handed me just one. When I asked for mine, he took my plate, which had already been sitting on the pile of dishes for at least twenty minutes, and prepared to wrap up my slice of pizza just like that, without any apology, without any concern for hygiene. I obviously refused. I had already been here a few months ago, before the change of ownership, and it was a warm, friendly, and welcoming place. Today, all that is gone. Cold atmosphere, deplorable service, disrespectful behavior, and disappointing food. Honestly, for a birthday, it was a huge disappointment. I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant.
