This restaurant was a haven, a reliable choice, a family favorite where the dishes pleased both young and old. Where will we go now?

What can I say... waiting 40 minutes for my aperitif—a spritz, a Martini, and a Ricard—served without water or ice, which I had to go ask for at the bar because they'd forgotten... and then they serve the mussels... before the aperitif... then the beer arrives so it's warm with the aperitif, but without the mussels... and naturally, we complain; apparently, that's not normal... The service is commensurate with the limited staff, except that only one waitress, undoubtedly stressed, is working. The others arrive with a plate in hand and leave empty-handed without clearing the tables... pathetic. The icing on the cake: we leave with a half-full bottle of wine... "Do you have a cork or a bag?" "No, we don't... but I can film it for you" (in cling film, I suppose)... I wanted to tell her, "No need for Claude Lelouch..." Laughing my head off. If you're understaffed as you told us, there are two solutions... either you limit the number of tables you serve... or you adjust the wages properly to have enough staff... in any case, it's always about the money... the result: three measly aperitifs, a half-pint of beer, a bottle of wine, three mussels, two desserts... arrived at 12:45 PM - 2:05 AM, luckily there were only three of us.
Note: the bread... never arrived... but do they even have any??? There's Marie Blachère 50 meters away, lol
24/10/2026: An interminable wait; the dessert menu was requested but never arrived. The dish had more oil than food, very little seasoning, and there was a lack of staff. People were even turned away at the entrance.

08/09/2026: We were looking for a fairly unique or themed restaurant.
This one ticks all the boxes: mountain, Savoyard, Swiss... in short, the mountain theme.
The restaurant is located on the banks of the Oise River. It's really peaceful in a very green setting, really lovely.
There's parking right in front of the restaurant.
There's a terrace, and the dining room is quite spacious with a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. The mountain theme is easily recognizable thanks to the colors and decor.
We were served by the couple who have run this establishment for a very long time. It shows in their experience and their manner (direct and friendly. Don't be offended!). They're quite funny.
The menu is simple, well-written, and well-presented. The signature dishes are the raclette and the fondue.
The food is excellent, and the portions are very generous.
The price reflects the quality of the service.
Important: BOOK IN ADVANCE!
17/06/2026: A delicious and well-prepared meal, accompanied by the ever-present smile of the friendly waitress.
A family lunch by the water that was a great success.

Delicious pizza 🍕 with hilarious names.
I had the four-cheese pizza (sorry, I forgot the name on the menu). So good!
And the dessert was INCREDIBLE, recommended by the owner's mother, and honestly, a real treat.
Two months later, still just as good.
The service was excellent.

06/10/2026: A quick note for Nathan who delivered my order today! Super nice, smiling, and quick despite it being a large order. Honestly, it's a pleasure to be served by someone so pleasant.
03/10/2026: My husband goes there several times, and each time there's a problem with his order. He doesn't eat meat, yet they give him sandwiches with meat. When he goes back, they tell him that mistakes happen and that it's just routine. Once is considered a mistake, but three times it's no longer an issue. I don't understand how such a large chain can't take the necessary steps to change the manager or have the restaurant inspected. No processes or standards are followed. The dining area is always dirty, the tables aren't cleaned, there's food on the floor, and grease everywhere—I won't even go there. Giving it one star is already too much. Don't even bother eating there. Seriously, go to the one in Cergy; at least they respect their customers.

27/02/2026: The starters and main courses were well-prepared. However, the desserts were a complete disaster, especially the profiteroles, whose choux pastry was rock hard... why use frozen ingredients? It's better to make a simple and satisfying dessert (tarts, chocolate mousse, etc.) than something pretty but tasteless. It's a real shame to end a meal on such a negative note. As for the service, it was chaotic and needed a complete overhaul (one person took our order... five minutes later, another asked if we'd received it). Finally, the wine selection by the glass was limited to red, white, and rosé. That was also disappointing.
Does this make us want to go back? Unfortunately not.
20/02/2026: The place is quite old-fashioned. First of all, we were very cold, and the waitress set up electric heaters which she then promptly turned off without warning.
The parking lot is gloomy and full of potholes.
The food is passable, nothing special. But the price is high considering the quality of the food.
I won't be back.

30/09/2026: I can't rate the food because we didn't have the pleasure of tasting it. Our two plates were mistakenly served to our neighbors, who tasted the meat before realizing it wasn't what they had ordered. Two minutes later, our plates, which were exactly the same (recognizable because one of them didn't have a side salad with the fries), were served to us.
So this practice is already very questionable, but on top of that, the woman became offended when we asked for new plates. She refused to serve us anything else as we requested, and we left.
26/09/2026: Very disappointing.
I asked if my order was correct.
The casual response was, "Yeah, probably."
Last time shopping with them.
No big deal.

22/01/2025: Très bon accueil , agréable moment en famille , repas qualitatif et prix plus que raisonnable. A refaire avec des amis et collègues.
08/12/2024: Le riz pilaf était immangeable. D'ailleurs il n'avait rien de "pilaf". C'était un vulgaire riz bas de gamme, cuit à l'eau et sans sel. Nos voisins de table avaient pris une paëlla : ils se sont plaint du riz également. Je me demande encore comment on peut rater un riz nature...
Nous demandons des frites, et là surprise : elles ne sont plus à volonté. Les prix, eux, n'ont pas baissé... On se moque du client...
Le service était très familier, à la limite de la correction. A la fin, on nous demande si tout s'est bien passé. Nous disons que non. Le serveur nous répond "quand je suis fatigué, je ferme ma gueule"... C'est poétique...

20/09/2024: Au téléphone pour la réservation super accueil de on mari. Sur place c'était une autre histoire. Les plateaux ne valent pas le prix. Crevettes tièdes et sortie de grosses barquette. Bulots énormes et tourteau ridiculement petit et plein d'eau et sans goût. Pour me rendre compte qu'il était en plus sous vide. Mon mari a voulu me faire plaisir. J'adore les fruits de mer. Mais j'ai étais Déçue.

05/07/2024: Passage ce matin du vendredi 5 juillet 2024 à 7h30 au magasin. Service très lent, le vendeur ne semble pas très énergique malgré l’affluence des clients. Lorsque vient enfin mon tour, le vendeur me compte un ticket plus cher que les prix affichés. Ayant pris des viennoiseries en lot, je lui explique qu’il s’est trompé dans son compte. Il me dit ne pas comprendre ce que je dis. Je lui explique ce qu’il aurait dû compter, en lui désignant les étiquettes positionnées devant les produits. Il me dit ne toujours pas comprendre ce que je dis, en ajoutant « c’est la machine qui dit, c’est pas moi ». Donc là, j’abandonne, je paie, et je préfère partir vite, après avoir perdu mon temps (et mon argent).
Je mets tout de même deux ⭐️ pour la qualité des produits mais aucune autre en raison de l’attitude du vendeur. C’est dommage, j’aimais bien cette enseigne mais je n’y reviendrai plus.
24/06/2024: La serveuse n a absolument pas envie de nous servir, elle souffle lève les yeux au ciel juste pour l achat de pain …. Rarement vu une personne aussi aigrie 🙄
