10/02/2026: A small restaurant located right in the center of Ollioules, next to a fantastic cathedral. The square is magical; we had a wonderful time with the two owners, Mauro and Barbara. The quality of the food is undeniable; everything is made fresh to order, and you can really taste it in the food. I highly recommend this restaurant.

22/02/2026: The welcome was nonexistent... we waited while the bar staff chatted amongst themselves about life... They refilled the appetizers with their bare hands and their plaster cast. 😱
The conservatory was rather dirty. The ceiling was crumbling and covered in mold. The service was haphazard... the pizza was tasteless. The wine carafe was badly chipped. They didn't seem to mind. Oh well. We didn't have a choice as it was late to eat. We won't be back. Their professionalism and cleanliness need improvement.

Delicious pizzas and amazing mojitos—what more could you ask for to have a great evening? Please bring back the chocolate mousse! ;)
