11/01/2026: I chose this restaurant somewhat randomly one December evening while passing through Avallon, but what a pleasant surprise! The service was top-notch, the staff were smiling, friendly, and professional! The thin-crust pizzas were delicious! Definitely an address to remember!

09/11/2025: Good evening, I also took the advice below, bought a Montagnarde and a Raclette from the vending machine and was just extremely disappointed, the bacon was too firm not to mention the pastry which I couldn't even cut with a knife, just extremely disappointed.

03/01/2026: Our son introduced us to La Fringale pizzeria. We ordered takeout, and the pizza names are quite original. When I saw the restaurant from the outside, it didn't look like much, but inside, the service was quick and the three pizzas were incredibly good. The crust was cooked perfectly, not too rich. You can go there without hesitation. We'll definitely be back! :)

Following a disagreement, their attitude became aggressive and intimidating, to the point that I felt unsafe. They showed a complete lack of professionalism, a complete lack of self-control, and behavior that clearly has no place in a business setting. I strongly advise against using this seller. Such an attitude towards a customer is unacceptable.
