02/03/2024: A loyal customer from the start, I am very disappointed by the welcome and the service which have deteriorated significantly, and have even become unpleasant. The pizzas are ok, nothing more..
I won't go back there again.
Edit from 03/02/24 regarding the owner's response:
-"a first part of the group arrived around 8:20 p.m. and the second at 8:40 p.m.": this is false.
-"and this is not the first time...": this is false about me (for other people I don't know)
-"if we could have seemed unpleasant": yes a hello and a smile at reception seems the minimum

02/04/2024: Really very good pizza, unfortunately the service is not very pleasant, the lady at reception has the blazer area so I still recommend it, but just take away or delivery which by the way is not available for the moment.

01/01/2024: Italian quality nothing to say, all at the top, the pizzas of the month each month more than some don't take the trouble to make, adapts to the odd request (special calzone pie) for those with a sweet tooth. Homemade desserts, what more could you ask for? Yes! A selection of Rosé and craft beer.
Without any hesitation one of the best pizzerias in France and I'm done, believe me on this, enjoy!

24/03/2024: 1h40 to be served and according to the manager this was normal because we had not reserved. According to the tables next door we weren't the only ones who missed the reservation. We asked for a commercial gesture for the wait, you can forget, in addition to the lack of honesty when we arrived, the manager refused the gesture under the pretext that the sauces are homemade, hence the wait. Obviously there will be no next time, we should have left the restaurant after 1 hour already rather than leaving our money with this manager, fortunately a cook came to apologize. The dishes are good, but “the manager” is not very pleasant and gets directly defensive

Banana split with hot chocolate, there is a semblance of chocolate sauce, but nothing hot.
Well located for a tourist trap.
Bad advertising for this beautiful town of Auxerre.
25/03/2024: The staff is always attentive to customers even during busy periods.
My online reservation was respected regarding the choice of the (round) table. Allow 15 minutes to wait at 8 p.m. for dishes listed on the menu.

03/04/2024: The idea of the little chef's menu for children is really great, the child makes his own pizza, in the room there is a cabin with little games, several à la carte pizzas as well as menus, pasta... . something to please everyone, just the desserts not that good in terms of taste, the ice cream not great, the chocolate package not great at all and the vanilla ice cream with a bit of frost in it, great service as well as the welcome.
