23/08/2026: The dinner was organized for a birthday celebration, so we were hoping to have a pleasant time. Unfortunately, both the food and the service were extremely disappointing. The shrimp were tough and tasteless, and the pasta was overcooked. The table was dirty, and we had to ask the waiter to clean it. The presentation of the dishes was also far from what you'd expect from a good restaurant. For a birthday dinner, this experience was particularly disappointing. We expected much better in terms of the quality of the food, the service, and the atmosphere.

07/08/2026: On August 6th, we dined at Soprano at 9:15 pm hoping for a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, the experience proved disappointing, both in terms of service and food. From the moment we arrived, the service was sluggish: we waited nearly fifteen minutes for a simple carafe of water and an ashtray. While delays are to be expected, the attitude of one of the waitresses was particularly striking. After making a constructive comment about the charcuterie board, she adopted a condescending tone, even mimicking my friend—an unprofessional and inappropriate attitude. The charcuterie board itself was hardly a charcuterie board. It consisted mainly of a large amount of salad, served without dressing, accompanied by a few slices of chorizo, Bündnerfleisch (air-dried beef), and rosette sausage. The burrata, meant to be the centerpiece of the dish, was particularly firm, far from the expected creamy texture, and sorely lacking in flavor, even after seasoning it with salt and pepper. The marinated vegetables—eggplant, bell peppers, and chilies—were, however, a pleasant surprise and undoubtedly the best element of this starter. Unfortunately, the main courses did not improve matters. The sea bream was cooked properly, but served with a very limited amount of vegetables and, once again, a salad with no dressing. As for the Italian salad, it is difficult to justify given its price. It essentially consisted of a large amount of lettuce topped with Caesar dressing, garnished with Parma ham, a few cherry tomatoes, five mozzarella balls, a tasty melon, and an underripe avocado. For a dish requiring only simple assembly, the result lacked generosity, balance, and quality. The dessert was no more convincing. The tiramisu had a particularly dense, almost frozen texture, giving the impression of having been served straight from the freezer, a far cry from the expected lightness and creaminess. Finally, the meal ended on an equally disappointing note with a double espresso that was extremely bitter and particularly difficult to drink, despite the addition of five sugars. Ultimately, this experience left a feeling of disappointment. Beyond the quality of the dishes, it is primarily the lack of attention to detail in the service, the absence of certain basic considerations, and cuisine that does not seem to live up to the prices charged that make it difficult to recommend this establishment.

25/11/2025: Permanently closed. We made a reservation by phone for a large table on Saturday, November 22nd at 12:30 PM. It's closed. A passerby who works at the town hall said the restaurant is permanently closed.

12/11/2025: I used to go to Fuxia, but the quality is no longer there. The menu is now very limited compared to before, and the service and atmosphere are barely acceptable—the spirit of the old Italian restaurant is gone. The cleanliness also leaves much to be desired. It's a shame, the place had so much potential.
