30/03/2024: After arriving, we waited for 30 minutes without any water at the table, and when I spoke up, they took our order. After I said I wanted to pay after eating, I didn't get paid until 15 minutes later. Even considering that it is a small restaurant with a total of 2 employees, including a chef. There was absolutely no communication with guests, which is an advantage of an open kitchen. There was no explanation or response during the 30 minutes I was waiting for my order. While waiting for the checkout for 15 minutes, the person in charge of the counter and ordering was washing dishes. I looked up past reviews and saw that they were unfriendly, so I am leaving a bad review and asking for improvement. If possible, it would be a good idea to hire young employees who are good at responding. It seems like the two of you aren't communicating well. There were only 4tables. There was a chef in open kitchen an assisting guy. I had to ask them to order after waiting 30min. Had to wait 15min when I asked them a bill. Pretty bad service and hospitality in general. To be honest, one of the worst service I have experienced in Europe. Arguing each other in open kitchen. The assisting guy was washing dishes and cleaning when I asked him the bill. Even though I am a Korean and they are also Korean, it was so hard to communicate with them. If I live in Cannes, not gonna visit again.

01/04/2024: First visit and good atmosphere, with a DJ The cuisine is nice sushi as a starter, poke bowl for friends and stir-fried chicken noodle for me. On the menu: meat tartart, pasta.

30/03/2024: Good quality but the prices are still high.

18/02/2024: Being a regular at this place, I was twice disappointed with the dishes taken there to take away, the bo bun the meat was really average in quality with an unpleasant aftertaste which ended up in the trash for fear of getting sick. And another time the same I tried my luck and there I did not take beef this time but prawns so as not to have a priori but alas the spring rolls were not good probably because of the frying oil which had not been changed... Lack of rigor. Not sure if I continue to eat at sushi by nam…. What a pity ..

26/11/2023: Nam makes by far the best Sushi in Cannes. I recommend Tiger rolls, everything Salmon, Foie Gras/pear roll, Pad Thai, Bo Bun, Chicken with Satay Sauce. Everything is always fresh, prices are okay and the cooking is rather quick. Recommendation: collect the rolls yourself. It’s way quicker!

17/11/2023: There are no menus and the menu is expensive compared to what is on the plate.

26/08/2023: Owner helpful and courteous. We asked for a revisited Ramen for the little girl and he was kind to do it upon request. The Pad-Thai is also highly recommended Tip: the photos on the menu would help you understand better

20/07/2023: This place is amazing! Our server was fantastic! The food was awesome! The sushi was very fresh. Try the Dragon Roll! It was incredible!

14/03/2024: For many years my favorite sushi! Unfortunately the quality has only declined over the years. Tonight's order was the worst. No taste and rice not fresh.

13/03/2024: I've been going there for years and I still enjoy it! The only observation is that the prices have increased a little while the proportions are smaller. The service is fast whether on site or to take away! Too bad there are still no spring rolls or vegetable samosas.
