29/04/2026: I hope every Korean traveling to Nice visits this restaurant. We made a reservation for lunch and it was the best meal we had during our approximately two-week stay in France. It offers Japanese-French cuisine, which is hard to find in Korea. I heard it has received a Michelin star in the past; I hope it earns another star and stays here until we return to Nice.😍

10/04/2026: I dined by myself, got the morel mushroom set menu (2+ hours). I especially liked the scallops and lamb dish. I did not enjoy the foie grass nor the mille feuille which was burnt. Service and vibes were impeccable.

26/03/2026: We had lunch at Fuso today, and everything was perfect. The restaurant is modern and very clean. I had a delicious chirashi, fresh and flavorful. The staff, who prepare and serve the food, are lovely: smiling, welcoming, and professional. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!

17/03/2026: Mathieu regularly delivers our sushi order quickly, on time, and always with a friendly manner. The packaging is neat, well-presented, and very colorful, immediately whetting the appetite and reassuring us of the freshness of the ingredients. As for the taste, it's a real treat every time. 07/03/2026: Very disappointed...very noisy inside. Uninspired service, no advice on choosing a dish or a signature dish. When you order a prime cut of meat and it arrives overcooked and tasteless, well, not a place to recommend, especially with all the other restaurants nearby!

24/04/2026: A wonderful discovery this year. I especially loved the tempura, kaarage, and potato mochi. The service was lively and unpretentious, just like the wines.

13/03/2026: The MIPIM price was exorbitant (€300 excluding drinks) compared to the menu. Even though the food was good, it's not a Michelin-starred restaurant. It's not suitable for meals where you plan to talk. The next day, we all had hoarse voices from shouting to hear each other.

06/12/2025: Mochi Coffee was a wonderful discovery. I ordered a small set menu of onigiri, soup, and mochi, along with a chai latte, all of which were delicious. I also left with a box of mochi to take away, which I can't wait to try. Thank you for the excellent service. I'll be back.

22/03/2026: We ordered in-store and were warned about the wait, but it was worth it! That's to be expected since the sushi is made to order. As for the sushi itself, we were very satisfied; the platters were generous and flavorful. The thick soy sauce was delicious. In short, a great experience for us. The photo isn't great, but the sushi is fantastic!

24/02/2026: Absolutely delicious! Excellent and generously filled sushi. The Arito wok chicken was also fantastic. Our order was processed very quickly, and the staff was very friendly. I highly recommend it!

02/04/2026: [March 2026] - Update: We've erased the disappointment of last time; a takeout order with friends to redeem ourselves: mission accomplished! Everything is very good: rice, fish, portion sizes, gyozas. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Last time it was a flop, it happens ;) [Nov 2025] - Takeout order. We redeemed ourselves with smiles from the ladies: a very good sign. The gyozas were very good, the fish was finely sliced ​​and a nice addition to the sushi. But the rice was a bit dry, with little to no vinegar (a basic requirement), we prefer it slightly sticky/moist. Some of the makis were sparsely filled. We were recommended this place, but unfortunately, it didn't quite live up to our expectations. Perhaps our standards were too high. Best of luck nonetheless, and add more vinegar to your rice :)

30/03/2026: Perfect! The rice is delicious, the salmon is excellent, the miso soup is perfect, and the desserts are very good! Not to mention the service and the extremely pleasant atmosphere ☺️

24/04/2026: The restaurant is okay, friendly, and has a phone ordering system. It's a shame the portions are really small. The food is decent, though.
