08/05/2026: As a long-time customer, I will never order from here again. It took an hour and a half for delivery because there was a mistake with the order (I can accept that, to err is human, although I'm usually tolerant of receiving salmon instead of tuna half the time). First, they questioned my word, and then, after an hour and a half of delivery and three phone calls, they didn't give me my full change (I ordered tuna chirashi instead of salmon, so a €1 difference; I spoke to the manager on the phone, and he didn't mention that tuna was more expensive). It's outrageous. As for the quality of the order, there was no effort put into the broth, just two measly mushrooms floating in it and three pieces of seaweed, and the broth was watered down. Regarding the rice, even I've never managed to cook rice so poorly; the tuna made me sick all afternoon. The only positive point was the tiramisu as a goodwill gesture that I requested but cannot eat because my stomach is upset.
04/05/2026: I order regularly. Perfect meal as usual!!!! Plenty of sauce! Nice and fresh! Tonight's delivery driver was fantastic!!! Pleasant, smiling, and fast delivery!!!! Thank you so much

30/06/2026: The products were generally good. However, the customer service was poor.
14/06/2026: Let's talk about the welcome first. There wasn't one. You have to cross the room and go to the counter to be seated at a table, without any explanation of how their all-you-can-eat ticket system works. You have to select the quantity of each item you want. This is a shame because not everyone is used to this system. They should have greeted us and explained everything as we were shown to our table. We figured it out ourselves, and the only positive point was that the food was served on a plate. Now, let's talk about the quality. We left feeling nauseous because many of the dishes were greasy, like the stir-fried noodles and spring rolls, and some made us sick, especially the shrimp spring rolls, which weren't fresh. We'll never go back. Restaurants where you get food poisoning, redness, and nausea are clearly not serving fresh food. Extremely disappointed with the desserts, honestly, what desserts? Four things fighting for attention: a place where they put the desserts, empty trays, nougat, coconut balls, an ice cream corner, and sad-looking pieces of lychee. Speaking of ice cream: you have to serve yourself, and the tubs are all mixed together. My wife ordered a coconut scoop that tasted like mint ice cream. Seriously, this restaurant is a no-go for us; it made us sick! The service was poor, or rather, nonexistent. The food, like the shrimp, wasn't fresh, and there was no choice in the desserts! And if you eat halal like we do, only the chicken is. We only liked their chicken skewer. Since beef isn't halal, our options were limited. The salmon salad was good, which was one of the positive points, but honestly it was too expensive for what they offered, and much too greasy and of poor quality, a big disappointment.
