25/04/2026: We order from this restaurant at least once a month, and unfortunately, after several years without any problems, we woke up sick the next morning after eating sushi, California rolls, and salmon rolls. It might have been a problem with the rice… We were very disappointed and won't be going back.

17/05/2026: The unfriendly welcome and lack of courtesy from the staff, especially the waitresses, really spoil the experience. The reception was cold. Never a smile. The service was mediocre, despite the decent food. One young waitress, in particular, sighed ostentatiously with weariness at every turn, instead of responding normally to customers. Don't arrive 30 minutes before closing time, as you're very likely to be turned away, as I was, as if they were already closed! If you're already seated, the waiters and waitresses don't finish their service by asking if you'd like coffee or dessert 30 minutes before closing, as if they were already closed! A day will come when you'll truly be closed, for lack of customers. Are you in such a hurry to file for bankruptcy and lay off your employees, or to be laid off yourself, if you're an employee? Your business sense and customer service are deplorable. No matter what you do, whether you come twice a week with twelve people or only once every ten years, whether you're a regular customer or just passing through, you really get the feeling you're bothering them. What a shame to run a business like this and then complain, because you're not growing your small business or building customer loyalty! The value for money is very average. If you want to have a pleasant and relaxing time, I don't recommend it.

30/04/2026: We just returned from a meal with a friend at this restaurant. The food was very good, thankfully, but it redeemed the friendliness of the waitress and staff, which was abysmal. A complete lack of manners and professionalism. During the meal, we could hear the waitress yelling from the kitchen; a smile was clearly not part of the service. To top it all off, after paying, common sense dictated that we say goodbye. We repeated it once, twice, three times, even seven times, before the customer behind us finally responded. I find that outrageous! When there are only five customers in a restaurant one evening with food of this caliber, serious questions need to be asked. It's a culinary delight, but utterly disgusting to witness the lack of respect shown by the staff!

06/04/2026: The staff were very welcoming and excellent, the restaurant was very good, just sometimes the red meat on the buffet was still frozen.

05/04/2026: The waiters were very friendly, and the food included crispy fried items and delicious stir-fries. As I ate the other dishes, I couldn't help but smile. I could name every single dish, but the taste was different from what I remembered—a very strange feeling.

14/05/2026: The service was extremely unpleasant; the waitress was not friendly at all, except for the moment when you order drinks, which you receive in 2 minutes, while you have to wait an hour for a carafe of water. The service needs improvement!

08/05/2026: As a long-time customer, I will never order from here again. It took an hour and a half for delivery because there was a mistake with the order (I can accept that, to err is human, although I'm usually tolerant of receiving salmon instead of tuna half the time). First, they questioned my word, and then, after an hour and a half of delivery and three phone calls, they didn't give me my full change (I ordered tuna chirashi instead of salmon, so a €1 difference; I spoke to the manager on the phone, and he didn't mention that tuna was more expensive). It's outrageous. As for the quality of the order, there was no effort put into the broth, just two measly mushrooms floating in it and three pieces of seaweed, and the broth was watered down. Regarding the rice, even I've never managed to cook rice so poorly; the tuna made me sick all afternoon. The only positive point was the tiramisu as a goodwill gesture that I requested but cannot eat because my stomach is upset.

29/01/2026: I had the chance to try the sushi from Osaka Sushi for takeout. It was the best value for money I've ever had. The sushi was excellent, and the miso soup was great too. I'll definitely be back!

27/05/2026: I was very pleasantly surprised by the concept of this establishment: ordering via QR code by phone, and the dishes arriving served by friendly and smiling staff. The waitress even brought me a menu card because she saw I was struggling, which I appreciated for being so attentive to her customers. I was then able to place my order using my phone. The various dishes were very good, all-you-can-eat, and my grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed them. You definitely won't leave hungry. We will be back together without hesitation. Best of luck to the whole team!
