15/02/2024: We have been customers for years, unfortunately the quality is declining and the prices are skyrocketing. The box we used to buy cost €7 in a few months. Yesterday we placed an order on the site at 6:30 p.m. for delivery at 9 p.m. At 9:17 p.m., with no news, I call, the order is on the counter. Delivery made at 9:40 p.m. by Melvin who was adorable. But when I asked for a commercial gesture, the person online who must not have known that she was on loudspeaker replied that "no, we're not doing anything, it's Valentine's Day, we're very late, we're not I'm not going to make gestures for everyone." Indeed, February 14th is anticipated in catering. For example, I anticipated my order to be sure to have it on time. In vain... So faced with declining quality, increasing prices and poor sales service, this was our last order. But as you are overflowing with orders, I have no doubt that it affects one, without affecting the other ;)
