The food is very, very good; I've been several times and I've always loved it. However, the service is deplorable. The griddle was turned off an hour before the end of service, which severely limited the menu. And the staff is very cold and unpleasant; if you ask for wasabi or ginger, they just sigh. It's still a good restaurant, but you can find much better and more pleasant places.

A customer since 2019, I can say that quality and freshness are always guaranteed at Arigato. Their specialties are excellent, and the service is attentive and delightful. I wholeheartedly recommend them for a delicious meal; my personal favorite is the sautéed tiger! Give them a try, we keep coming back! Thank you to the whole team!

23/07/2026: A very pleasant setting by the lake at sunset. A delicious and flavorful dinner. Friendly and easy-going staff.
22/07/2026: We came for our 3rd anniversary and had a wonderful time. The dishes were all delicious, with original combinations you don't see everywhere. The prices were reasonable for the quality of the service and the food. And the sunset over the lake added a touch of magic to this exceptional moment!

05/08/2026: Decent quality, perfect service. The €28 menu is very reasonable.
04/08/2026: To celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary, we booked five places using a voucher given to us by friends. We received a warm welcome, and the food was excellent. At the end of the meal, we paid the bill, which came to over €160. I jokingly mentioned that I had a voucher worth over €100 and that it had been given to us for a birthday. The cashier replied, "I don't care; the only thing I'm interested in is the voucher code and your credit card." It's a shame, but responses like that really put a damper on the evening, and I can assure you that the publicity we'll be spreading won't be great. I can only imagine the attitude of the establishment. As for me, I won't be returning.
