15/03/2024: Order placed at 7:35 p.m. Arrival of sushi scheduled for 8:15 p.m. Finally, arrived at 10 p.m. In the meantime, no information via the app. When we call the restaurant (18 cents per minute is already a joke in itself, especially considering how endless automatic messages waste time), we managed to get someone on the phone only once in 15 calls (no no, it's not a joke, we came across the messaging system the rest of the time). On the phone, a guy tells us that we should have sushi at 9:30 p.m., maximum (well no). In the end, the waiter arrives and gives us a little "yes, that's how it is, there's uber eat too, have a good evening".

02/04/2024: Alright ! We have been coming for years from time to time, the team is always very pleasant, the food is good and the collaborations between sushi shop and other chefs are always very nice!

22/03/2024: Alert 🚨🚨 I took some sushi to go, they weren't fresh (salmon and cheese)!! Vile taste that immediately made me want to vomit I am disgusted to have ordered before reading the Google reviews which go in this direction... this sushi shop represents a danger for consumers, flee!!!

10/03/2024: This Japanese restaurant is really a treat, I didn't know that they offered the all-you-can-eat option, which I usually come for takeaway. We had a blast! For around twenty euros you will have something to fill your stomach. I would like to add that the staff is very nice and the restaurant is very clean.

09/03/2024: I do not recommend this restaurant, the waiter and waitress are not friendly, all the dishes are served cold due to the wait. My worst experience in a restaurant. To flee !!!

16/04/2024: We regularly order from this restaurant 1-2 times a week. The quality/price ratio is there and undoubtedly the best of all franchises of the same type. On the other hand, for several months the franchise's services have left something to be desired. The new website has become unusable. Full of bugs, unpleasant to use. As a result, no more loyalty program which is still a shame when you order regularly. Finally, today, we order by phone as we have for several months and then we are called back to tell us to pay via an online service, not enough delivery people being available. So not possible to pay in cash on top of the rest today. Finally... piece of plastic found in sushi. Not very serious, but really not pleasant and we wonder where it could have come from :s These problems should be brought up to headquarters so that restaurants like the one in Saint Cloud are not affected by these general franchise problems...
