Another for the very friendly service of a young second year intern.
A third star for the Nepalese chef, also friendly.
One last star for the quality of the dishes.
On the other hand, no fifth star, because despite all of the above, we found that the quantity, particularly of the accompanying vegetables, was lacking compared to the price of the menu.
25/01/2024: Everything is perfect. The service is awesome. The cuisine is delicious. The service is perfect. The show offered by the cooks is always a pleasure. Obviously this has its price, but the quality is there!

Rude waiter. Home zero. Zero service.
The products are really, really bad. There is more rice than anything else. Meat, plastic.
Taking an order according to the waiter's wishes and in addition the icing on the cake, I order snow salmon cheese he just brings salmon I call him he answers me from a distance and shows me that he is bothered to come see me I tell him of his mistake he takes the plate, spreads cheese on the pieces and brings them back to me saying here is the cheese on top.
No respect, no sense of service.
