24/02/2026: We came for Valentine's Day and ate in the traditional corner. A special Valentine's Day menu was available.
The portions were generous and the food was absolutely delicious; the evening went perfectly.
The wait was a little long, but the servers, always helpful, apologized with each course.
Having already visited once before, the experience was just as good as the first.
I highly recommend this restaurant!

06/02/2026: Very pleasant and calm atmosphere, beautiful deco with Japanese pop music! Ordered vegetable ramen and it was filling with a variety of vegetables and not too salty just right.
Matcha latte was warm and not too sweet.
They also had a merchandise area with Japanese daily items with post it that explains the Japanese culture behind the items.
I bought some items because I really love the prints!
13/12/2025: A small restaurant with the feel of a home dining room, where you feel like you're being invited in.
The food is simple but good, well-prepared; you can clearly tell someone has put their heart and soul into it.
Despite the low price, the daily special was tasty, hearty, and comforting.

13/03/2026: A truly deplorable experience.
The hotel manager was already appalling and acted in bad faith.
There were plumbing problems (clogged toilet).
I asked to change rooms, and the manager had the nerve to insult me, calling me a disgusting pig. In short, there was absolutely no sense of customer service, and the rooms were definitely not worthy of a 3-star rating. Here are some photos to show the state of the room.
I do not recommend this hotel.
13/03/2026: The manager is acting in bad faith!!!!!
While I was at the hotel, I overheard a conversation between the manager and an employee about a blocked drain.
My friend went to reception shortly after to report a blocked toilet.
A request to change rooms was made and refused by management!!! According to the manager, your friend is a disgusting slob!! Such remarks should not be made!!!! Moreover, this isn't the first time this has happened, judging by the reviews. Avoid this hotel at all costs!!!!!!

09/09/2024: I've been to the Royal Bourgoin twice, and it's a good place if you're looking for an all-you-can-eat Asian buffet. The choice is enormous, between sushi, grills and traditional Chinese dishes. I really liked the concept of the small hot plate on the table to cook your own meat, it’s user-friendly. The value for money is correct, especially if you come at lunchtime. The atmosphere is quite nice, even if the restaurant can be quite busy at certain times. In short, a good option for fans of Asian cuisine!

17/03/2024: Nous sommes allés dans ce restaurant en famille. On peut choisir ce que l'on souhaite manger sur la tapis roulant et les prix sont fixés en fonction de la couleur de l'assiette.
Il serait bien de savoir ce que l'on mange quand on choisit.
Nous avons été très bien reçus et l'ambiance est agréable. Cependant, les prix sont un peu élevés par rapport à la qualité des plats. Il est également difficile de maîtriser son budget avec le système des couleurs d'assiettes.
Les desserts ne sont pas faits maison et semblent être industriels.
Nous sommes tout de même contents de notre soirée.
