11/03/2024: I have ordered from this establishment many times. I think you won't be disappointed considering the number of times I've ordered. However, apart from a few times when the order was not complete, sushi all with salmon when it was an assortment, or from time to time a post-it in delivery that I had no choice of type from California on the menu with a California of your choice... So far so good. But my last order was a scandal that means I won't come back again. There was a delivery error between two customers. I was asked to give my package back to the delivery man who was going to come back to bring me mine. I refused, explaining that this is not done with fresh products, and that I had perhaps touched the other customer's order. In response, I was hung up on. I called back to request a refund for my order, but was told the delivery person could not provide a refund. I then announced that I would go to the store. I was insisted that I return my order to the delivery person to be delivered to the other customer. I indicated that I wanted to return my order to the store at the same time as picking up my refund, but they still insisted that I give my bag to the delivery person, which I refused. Finally, in store for my refund, the delivery man was there waiting for my bag. Mine had been on a table for a while, which meant the cold chain was lost for my order. They wanted to force me to give my bag before reimbursement. After a heated discussion with the delivery man, the bosses, etc., the order for the other customer was redone and mine refunded. They tried to make me understand that I had misunderstood the situation and that in any case, the other customer's order was going to be redone. But for me, that doesn't justify the unpleasant handling of this error. In short, as I said, I no longer have confidence in this establishment. These are fresh products, you have to be careful, and you were very rude to me. You could respond that I came to make a scene in the store, but I find it unacceptable the way you wanted to handle your mistake. A mistake can happen, but you have to own up to it and correct it. It's a shame, overall the service suited me, but what you did is really not good. I have very little free time and you have ruined my evening.
