27/04/2025: Avoid at all costs! Two and a half hours of waiting for my order, and I didn't even receive everything, but I was still charged, which apparently seemed normal. The products were frozen; some pieces of salmon were still frozen and stuck together, the gyoza were grilled on the outside but practically raw inside, the sushi and maki were far too large due to an excess of bland rice, the noodles were dry, there was no coleslaw with the meals, and the tempura tasted like it had soaked in oil... Very disappointed. It's better to buy frozen food at the supermarket and cook it yourself; it will be the same quality but better cooked and without the risk of getting sick.

01/04/2026: They asked me which sauce I wanted with my meal, and I said sweet and savory. When I went to pick up my order, they asked me again about the sauces. I said sweet and savory, and the waiter realized there was only sweet sauce in my order. He asked the woman in Chinese, and she replied in Chinese that it was too late, the bag was sealed. They could have simply handed me the savory sauce or opened the two flimsy staples that were holding the bag closed. I don't like being treated like an idiot, as if I wouldn't understand your language.

28/03/2026: What can I say… To begin with, the quality is very poor for the price and far too expensive for what it is. As a loyal customer for several years, I've noticed the quality is steadily declining, and frankly, the only "good" thing about their products is the sushi, and even then, only when it's delivered and not covered in hair and dust as if it had been dropped on the floor. The rice is very dry, as are the noodles. I decided to give them another chance today by ordering spicy shrimp, and I was disappointed… the dish looked nothing like the picture, with a slimy sauce, and to top it off, the shrimp still tasted like they were from the sea. In general, the ingredients weren't very fresh. It's a real shame.
