30/11/2024: Since they created their new concept in this new restaurant the prices have become much too expensive, the formula is much less good...
And when we order on the phone and we come to pick up our order we realize that it is very stingy not much wasabi and even less ginger, we were received very poorly on the phone we had to hurry to make our ordering it's really not cool we found that the restaurant before was 10 times better.
We decided not to go back there anymore, it's really too expensive for what it is today.
I advise against
29/11/2024: 4 of us came and we were able to have lunch by ordering our dishes via a tablet which allows us to eat at our own pace.
Everything we ordered was good, hot and exactly what we expected. Address to remember

28/08/2024: Passing through Chambly we are looking for a Japanese restaurant and we decide to choose this one which offers an all you can eat buffet but I have never seen a buffet without sushi or maki it is a la carte and others pay the buffet is poor only two dishes salads that appear to be frozen the products are not fresh the fish of poor quality the tuna inedible a box the salmon not tasty at all in short a disaster I don't understand the good reviews and we actually referred to these reviews for the choice from the restaurant and well what I can advise you is not to waste your money and your time in this restaurant which offers a pseudo buffet

The all-you-can-eat formula is high quality and intelligent because it avoids waste.
The waiters are very helpful but the young waitress spilled my dish on the table without a word of apology, no politeness or friendliness, too bad!

Rather expeditious welcome that I can understand; the team being busy managing a large order to be delivered. The quality is okay.
Value for money as well.
In conclusion, apart from the average welcome, the rest of the service is average for this range of restaurants.

The quality of the dishes is really not great, in short, avoid this Japanese place.

19/09/2024: After ordering on an online platform, the menu specified that the drink or dessert was included. Unable to choose my dessert on the app, I decide to call the restaurant. They inform me that dessert has not been included for two years. However, the announcement dating from 2024 clearly indicates that this is the case. They refused to honor their commercial offer. The employee subsequently hung up on me and my order was canceled. Very unpleasant customer service.

24/01/2025: January 24, 2025 we were surprised to see a beautiful and new buffet with much more choice and well presented. After having looked around the buffet I noticed that the fresh products are kept on a cold plate in cutting boards which prevents the cold from penetrating. The products are not fresh. My friend had sushi 🍣 I said be careful the fish on the rice and dry and 1 hour later in the toilet vomiting food poisoning. I took hot and well everything is lukewarm everything must be over 63° nothing is within the norms. Hygiene process needs to be reviewed and you have lost 2 customers. I won't come back again.
13/01/2025: Cold dish, you have to jump directly on the dishes that arrive hot otherwise it cools very quickly

05/09/2024: I knew Lusitalia from the beginning before this brand opened Franchises. Until 2-3 years ago it was really good, generous pizzas but I really have the impression that the quantities of toppings are decreasing while we still pay the same price. And that's one thing that makes me cold about the idea of ordering from you as a priority. I know you must have profitability guidelines but here is my opinion, a bit of a shame.
22/08/2024: I have always been very well received in this pizzeria, where the atmosphere is warm, the pizzas have always been very good. And the wait time for a pizza is more than reasonable. I recommend 💯%

It is no longer possible to modify the Yakitori menu to replace the meatball skewers! A delivery costing more than €51 plus one less white cabbage, you'll definitely gain customers!
