01/03/2026: We've ordered multiple times, each time with an hour to an hour and a half wait. Each time the meal is served cold. The same person says to the delivery driver, "We're going to eat cold food again, as usual." So that's it, I'm giving up. I'm done ordering from them. No apology from any of the staff, either of them. Anyway, they tell you it's not their fault, so maybe it's mine.

15/02/2026: I've been a customer of this restaurant for over 14 years, and every week we have the pleasure of sharing a table with my family. There are some reviews I really don't understand. For those who appreciate fresh cuisine and menus made to order, don't hesitate; the rest of you should continue to eat your all-you-can-eat frozen meals. Congratulations on your longevity.

27/02/2026: The food was very good, however the service needs improvement. We waited about an hour and our order was incomplete: we ordered 36 pieces of sushi, but only 15 were served.

15/02/2026: The service was appalling. A waitress seated us, offered us three different tables, we chose one, and immediately another waitress yelled at her, demanding to know why she'd seated us there. Once we were seated again, we were served our first course, and more than half of what we ordered was missing. We mentioned it to the waiter. They told us they were overwhelmed and that we should write down what was missing on our second order. We waited over 45 minutes, and what did they bring us? Four mushroom skewers out of everything we ordered. A waitress came to the next table. We called her over, and she told us to wait. Thirty minutes later, a plate arrived, and it was still the same story: we were missing a lot of things. We called over another waitress, who told us to write it down on our third order. Another waitress came up behind us and took away our plates and cutlery, even though we weren't ready to leave at all. So we didn't see them during service, but when it came to taking away our plate and cutlery, there was no problem at all? Is this a joke? I've never been treated like this. I'm so shocked. I do want to thank the first waitress, who was friendly but unfortunately got yelled at for nothing. She wasn't serving us since we had been moved to another table. What a shame. I wanted to try this restaurant; it was a mistake. There are many other excellent restaurants that I recommend.

10/02/2026: I've lived in La Ferté-sous-Jouarre for almost 10 years. I've been going to this restaurant on average twice a month for the past 10 years. Every time I try another one because friends want me to go somewhere else, I'm literally disappointed. This restaurant is the best Japanese restaurant I know, and believe me, I've been to a lot! The service is top-notch, the waitress and owner are very friendly, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is pleasant. The value for money is excellent. In short, don't hesitate!
